We have stayed before in this hotel and we like to do so, the casino and bingo is fun and staff is excellent at the bingo, Antonio our waiter at the casino is specially professional, all the ticked selling girls are also fun. The room was as always clean and spacious, we know construction is almost over and hard to keep everything spotless but the rooms are great, great job with the remodel, it looks more fabulous now.
The casino is understaffed, when a problem occurs with a machine, I waited 20 min, after that, the fun was over, their loss...

Renovation activity was minor inconvenience.

Room was spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Alicia and Pablo who help us with the room in spite of the renovation activities. The breakfast outstanding.
The hotel was in renovation and it was a little noisy.
