The hostel is located in central badajoz, very close to historical sites. You can find a lot of cafes, parks, historical places, churches nearby. It is also close to the bus stops. The hostel is the cheapest around and cost- benefit balance is highly good. I stayed in a room with a shared bathroom, so it was a little bit difficult to use it
One BAD THING: THE RECEPTIONIST WOMAN DOES NOT SPEAK ENGLISH , And it was very difficult to communicate, cos she is also bad at using the translator app

1. Woman at reception desk at check-inn reacted annoyed to any question 2. Room was lousy; quality of the bed was mediocre. Walls between rooms are too thin, could hear my neighbour snoring whole night 3. Arrogant cleaning staff that refused to show me a bigger room, with a damn smile on her face. She should get fired Yesterday No idea where the good ratings on booking.com come from. My worst stay in Spain in 4 weeks. This venue is a true disgrace and should be avoided under any circumstance. Badajoz, a lovely city with great culture and kind people deserves so much better.

Considering the price, the place turned out to be great value for money. It wasn't the Marriott, but then again, I only paid €25 for a room with bathroom! The building was very old, but still, everything was clean, and in good condition, and the lady at the front desk was really kind to me.
I have to insist the building was EXTREMELY old. It looked as if it had not been renovated in ages!

The place is near to the center and 15 minutes by foot to the bus station, that is why we chose this place.
The place need to be repaired. Everything is very old - old broken tiles on the floor, old furniture, everything. It could be a good place to make horror movies in...
