The staff was great, friendly, and out going. We are not fully Spanish speaking, but they made us feel very comfortable. and the parking option made it very easy to deal with having a car in a crowded city! Very convenient and affordable. Antonio and the other servers in the dining area/bar are very nice and helpful. Wonderful people!

Good location - 10 mins walk to shops, restaurants, etc; Excellent basement parking; Staff friendly and efficient; Very comfortable room (apart from air conditioning system); Good breakfast; Excellent value for money.
Room AC and heating. Fan kept going on and off during the night which woke us up frequently.
