Pros: The servants at the breakfast were really engaged.

Cons: The staff was not comfortable to talk to me in English. They only gave information to my Turkish fiance, I was ignored. There was no information about the Mola beach. We had went to another beach and paid for it.

Pros: The hotel was well designed and clean. The rooms were modern, clean and big enough. Staff was really helpful.

Cons: We had a combined two single beds instead of a double bed. The hotel is at the center but because of that we had to travel to the beach which is 15 mins by car

Pros: The staff were so helpful and the owner went out of her way to organise a day trip we hoped to make. The food was excellent and the general atmosphere was very welcoming and homely. thoroughly recommended.

Pros: Staff were amazing.. They are lovely, helpful, friendly.. The building was quite good and particularly. And the best part was the breakfast.

Cons: Everything was wonderful, but just because of our room was ground level, in front of the window cars were parking. People were talking around the window that's why we couldn t sleep well and couldn t use open window.

Cons: Our one and only request was to have a quiet room, because of our little ones day and night sleep. Really noisy water-well drilling was going on in the garden. Neither were we informed in advance nor another room was offered. Not so clean rooms (e.g. dust and some left stuff under the bed) Friendlier staff would be more preferable. Some differences on booking pics and actual (e.g. we had no couch in our room )

Pros: Staff were very kind and helpful and tried to provide what was possible for them. Room was spacious.

Cons: The bathroom had a bad smell. Maybe due to close distance to the sea. There was nothing to make a tea in the room.

Cons: Waters were turned off at one point, couldn’t shower.

Pros: Great Location close to the downtown of Cunda The view was very nice Breakfast was good with many choises. The reception change Euro to Turkish Lira which was very helpfull for us. In general all the facilities were great.

Cons: The parking spot was just outside of the hotel in the Street. The reception didn't speak English but we didn't have any problem with our requests. The seaside wasn't the best one i ever seen in my life.

Pros: The location was perfect. Just couple of minutes walk from the center. The restaurant of the hotel is one of the bests in the island however do not forget to make a reservation before arriving. Breakfast was delicious and with many options.

Pros: It has his own beach and you can walk in 5 minutes to the centre of Cunda. It has friendly and helpfull personal with their own good restaurant Theo’s. We stayed with my 3 kids in 2 seperate rooms, it was very clean and has nice rooms. The breakfast was every day available between 08:00-10:30 and tasted good!

Cons: Has no own private parking place for cars, but plenty places on the street in front of the hotel.

Pros: Great location, close to the beach and all nice restaurants. We were travelling for several days during our trip to Turkey, changed several hotels and we all agreed that Ezer had the best breakfast among them. Parking was available. Staff was polite and professional.

Cons: The room wasn’t clean there were lots of spots on the mirror, in the bathroom everything was broken, they have beach but when you wanna have lunch they tell you their kitchen don’t open in the time also food wasn’t good, inside the room towels floor bed sheet weren’t clean. When cleaner comes and clean your room they just inside out of the duvet cover. There are lots of stains all over your pillows. The value of the hotel not worth for anything. Water bottle was opened or left over from other customer and when I wanted to let them know about the situation, staff told me ‘am I sure I didn’t open the bottle? ‘ when I asked him to talk someone in charge the guy told me all staff are around restaurant side they are not able to come to reception till 1 am. I don’t understand if your restaurant customer are that important what about your main guest? I didn’t take any photo of the things but I’m sure when you get there you will notice, I hope they fix their mistakes.

Pros: Staff were excellent, especially young Ismael who was courtesy and helpful in the best possible way. We wish him well for the future.

Cons: Rooms could have been better, tissues from previous occupiers were found in the room, and door handle to balcony came off in wife's hand. Also restaurant at hotel though good, we didn't know the price of items. When we asked for a menu, they said there was not one, which meant you only knew the cost once you had ordered. Not the best approach to customer service.

Pros: Service was excellent, breakfast and tea is served with love, the beds were great. The sea was great for swimming (beware of sea urchins).

Cons: We only had the bad luck to come before the season started, so the swimming pool was empty and the jetty under construction.

Pros: Amazing sea view. Nice and calm sea area.

Cons: Not safe enough for small children. Too many stairs to the upper floors. No english speaking personel.

Pros: Great location as only a short walk into town to eat. Lovely pool and right on the seafront so you can see the sea from your bed! Helpful friendly family staff.

Pros: The property was not very busy during our visit. It slowly grew on us though.

Cons: Pool was cleaned the day we left. Just bad timing on our part.
