Service at the desk in Whistler was excellent. I only had the car for 3 and a half hours. Pick up an drop off was seamless. Price of rental could have been less money for the time I had the car.Reviewed Nov 9 2023

Pros:We were able to upgrade to a van, and they gave us a discount! The pickup was a lot faster than last time, it was efficient, even though we were a little early! The lady at the desk was nice and friendly.Cons:I tried calling to confirm the reservation the day before. I called 5 times - once I was told they'd call me back and they never did. I called 3 more times and no one answered. The last time, they put me on hold for 20 minutes, and I had to hang up before someone got to me because I had an appointment.Reviewed Apr 29 2017

Pros:The dropoff was done fast, we didn't have to wait long!Cons:There is no Avis sign outside the building, so we drove around the place for a while, unable to find it. We eventually called, and the lady explained that we had to park at the hotel, and there was a counter inside. It was a little confusing.Reviewed Apr 25 2017
