Pros:I loved not having to go to the airport to pick the car up, it was very convenient and easy to check out. We rented a Yukon and it was great. Excellent rate, comfortable everything went just like we planned.Cons:Nothing, everything was fine.Reviewed Nov 27 2018

Never rent from Avis.Pros:NothingCons:Everything. We booked online, got refused at the counter even though we had a debit card and could pay in cash if needed. Would only take a credit card so we took our business elsewhere. Wouldn’t rent a pen from these people.Reviewed Aug 2 2018

Cons:Two complaints: 1. We arrived 30 minutes before our scheduled rental pickup. Was told that we would have to wait 1/2 hour or they would charge us for an extra day. Went back in 10 minutes before the scheduled pick up time and asked if we could pick up yet. She said "Yes. We allow a 30 minute window without charging an extra day." So, we could have received it the first time we came in!!! 2. Rented a compact SUV (description said similar to Toyota Rav4). We received a Jeep Renegade. It got TERRIBLE gas mileage. After being on the road for 30 minutes, the gauge was already down 1/4 tank! Ridiculous!!! Please use cars that get better gas mileage.Reviewed Jul 16 2018
