Hotel Imperial

Very old structure

The woman receptionist was so friendly. The guy wasn't.

Lumpy beds. Stained carpeting in hallways. Having to go up stairs on the same floor to get to our room. The hotel needs updating and renovation. It's no longer "imperial."

Not much. Staff was decent.

The hotel itself has good staff, and a decent entrance for a 3 star hotel. Once you get past the lobby and enter the room, you realize that the rooms are pretty terrible. Room: 2/10 The floor of the room is carpeted and dirty, covered in hair from previous guests and dust all over. The bed is small 1.40m for two. Pillows are not the same and hard. Bathroom: 3/10 The bathroom has dingy lighting, the toilet is right behind the door, the taps don't work properly, and the showerhead is pretty terrible too, with bad water pressure on the 4th floor. Restaurant: 3/10 The food served to us was almost cold, and clearly not fresh. Although it tasted decent, the rice that came with the lamb was completely dried and reheated multiple times. The staff was good though. Breakfast: 5/10 Lacking freshly made eggs. Lack of staff. Parking: 2/10 There is no decent parking around the area. But this is not the hotels fault.
