The staff brought us the additional things we needed in a timely manner. The breakfast was okay as well.
The fitness room AC was not functioning. We notified the front desk and within the hour we were at the fitness center excercising in the heat no one came to address the issue. The overall design of the hotel is fairy outdated. The doors and the furniture in the room was quite tattered.
Good for families, OK otherwise
Rooms were a little nicer than similar properties. I got a room beside the elevator but it was still quiet. The place was packed with youth soccer teams and they all seemed happy to be there.
Had trouble getting the HVAC to work properly. And was difficult to find a quiet spot to read the paper while eating breakfast because of all the families. Breakfast was pretty typical of this level of hotel. I thought the lobby & breakfast area were more cramped than other hotels of this type.
A great stay
Everything was amazing. The place was always clean and the staff was great.
The pool could have been a bit better but it's not something that I would dock this hotel for.
Very nice hotel with great rooms for the money.
Was cold in the room since you have to have your room key in the thermostat to keep it running. Took a while to warm up.
Size of room, breakfast, coffee (the amenities, in general). All-around a quality hotel.
Moved to a second room to get a different size bed (doubles to king). The second room had a slight odor that lasted at least 24 hours; should have contacted staff, but we didn't.
they were very accommodating and helpful. we had an issue with our fridge and they were prompt to check on it.
Our room was right next to the conference room and breakfast area...it got really noisy. Luckily we were already up!
Our rooms feature stylish furnishings including the Hyatt Grand beds, media and work center with an HD 42 inch flat TV easily integrates with laptops and other devices, a cozy corner L-shaped sofa-sleeper, bathroom vanity with granite countertops. Enjoy complimentary wireless internet and business center.
