They wouldn’t refund any money when I had to check out early. Hotel has actual prostitution happening in the parking lot. Pros (+) We left after 2 minutes of being in the room. There were roaches crawling all over the place as well as filthy. They were charging by the hour to some people and you could tell that people where living there not just renting a room. Pros (+) Great location. 5-10 minutes from university/downtown area. Breakfast had waffles, danish, cereal, and sausage.
Cons (-) Poorly maintained. There was notable mold on the bathroom ceiling, a crack in the shower that allowed water between the plastic and wall, the lights flickered and didn't work well, the door didn't close completely.
