Pros: The staff is incredible! They are always great and friendly and helpful. I have stayed there lots of times before. It continues to be a good experience.
Cons: They really need to rethink their restaurant menu. Way too gourmet and I think people want traditional items for dinner. There is a steak place called Hamiltons three blocks from the hotel that has great food and they offer a nice choice of steaks, seafood and also burgers and salads. The hotel used to have delicious Italian food. Guests at the hotel don't want to have to leave at night because they can't find decent entrees on the menu. So that my only negative comment. My family all agree.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great Place ALL the way Around !!!
Cons: Nothing to DISLIKE !!!!!!!
5,0 Okay
Pros: The maid was very friendly.
Cons: This was a poor attempt to be a luxury hotel. Neither the iron nor the ironing board worked. We asked for a new iron and one was sent to the room. The cord on the hair dryer was about 10 inches long so that you had to press your head against the wall to use it. The only plug was by the door so if someone came into the bath the door hit you in the head. Sunday morning we ran out of hot water! Not fun. Overpriced at any price.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This is ALWAYS this WDE's(circa 1969) nest whenever i return to the "Loveliest Village". "SUPEMELY SUPERB in EVERY Aspect" does NOT Even come Close to describing the Experience.

Pros: The hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful; and the complimentary breakfast was outstanding--as good as anyone could want.
Cons: We had to change rooms once due to the A/C not working properly in the first room. The room we stayed in had some worn-out electrical receptacles that would barely hold the plug in, and therefore didn't provide reliable electrical power. I reported this.

4,0 Okay
Pros: The staff was nice.
Cons: It didn't strike me as being up to the Clarion's usual standards. It was a little grimy with a bad coffeemaker and a terrible view out the window.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Price for area.
Cons: The first room contains friendly little roaches all over the place. The air conditioner wasn’t working. Attendants were quick to give a new room. Second room was clean, no friendly occupants visible. Would not stay again. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating.
1,0 Poor
Pros: Location
Cons: The room was filthy. The carpet was so dirty, and there was evidence of roach activity: stains on the wall adjacent to the sink area. The top of the bedside table needed to be wiped clean. This is the dirtiest hotel room I've ever seen.

10,0 Excellent
Cons: There in N O T H I N G NOT to LIKE !!!!!

Pros: The closeness to the college. In for a ceremony.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful; and the complimentary breakfast was outstanding--as good as anyone could want.
Cons: We had to change rooms once due to the A/C not working properly in the first room. The room we stayed in had some worn-out electrical receptacles that would barely hold the plug in, and therefore didn't provide reliable electrical power. I reported this.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Bed comfortable room great breakfast great staff super nice!!
Cons: It was all good
4,0 Okay
Pros: The location was a very convenient location for the college tour we were there for. It's always nice to have a breakfast included in the morning.
Cons: The hotel was rated an 8+ on your website but it was in very poor condition, worn out, with a big crack in the bathroom floor. The hotel is in need of remodeling badly. Does not deserve the star rating it has on this site.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location to AU and the interstate. We had trouble in our first room (no hot water) early in the morning. Luckily, there were open rooms and the desk clerk quickly reassigned us a new room.
