Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff, and convenient location, especially for events at Auburn. Many found the rooms comfortable and appreciated amenities like refrigerators and microwaves. However, several reviews mention ongoing construction, noise, and lack of prior notice about renovations. Breakfast quality and variety received frequent criticism, with some guests disappointed by cold or limited options. Some negative feedback also referenced maintenance issues, bugs, and the general atmosphere during renovations. Despite these drawbacks, many guests still found the hotel to be a good value and would recommend it for short stays.AI-generated from customer reviews
