Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests were highly dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, reporting dirty rooms, unclean towels and bedding, and even pest issues. While a few reviewers appreciated the location and found it convenient for travel, the overall impression was negative due to poor maintenance and cleanliness. Some guests also felt the hotel did not provide good value for the price, citing unexpected charges and high rates for the quality offered. A handful of positive comments mentioned friendly staff and a clean parking lot, but these were overshadowed by the many complaints.AI-generated from customer reviews
