The staff was really kind at check in. Rooms were “ok”. Hotel does need to hire new maintenance staff and do a cleaner job of repairs. It looks visually unappealing and dirty. Sleep was ok don’t expect anything great or above and beyond except for the cookies

Lovely staff. Icky room. Carpet was sticky. The sofa was stained and worn. Soap only toiletry. A very limited appointed room. Never suspected that this was an economy hotel when booking. Never would stay here again.

I was scammed! I reserved my room and paid in advance. I arrived at the hotel at 11pm on check in day and was told there was no reservation in my name. Because it was a holiday weekend they had no vacancies. I was stranded. I had to take another Uber and go to a dump of a hotel across the street. So I am out double the money. Pros (+) The bed was comfortable. The service at the bar was excellent. Samantha was very attentive to my requests.
Cons (-) It would have been better if there was a bellhop to help with my luggage.

Cons (-) The breakfast was about the worst offering I have ever seen from a hotel. It's infuriating that they make you pay for such a low quality offering.

Pros (+) Friendly staff, comfortable room and beds, located just off the highway with a restaurant and lounge and plenty of near by options. Complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby in the mornings and infused water after noon. 24/7 fitness room The Double Tree cookie
Cons (-) Coffeemaker in the room leaked, which may have been operator error on my part Water spots on the bathroom ceiling from lack of ventilation or adequate ventilation, I suppose. Ice machine on 5th floor wasn't working. Treadmills in fitness center had a difficult time moving the belt with any type of weight on them

Pros (+) The staff my husband and I interacted with were incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a couple minor issues which the staff promptly resolved with speed and a positive attitude. Loved the down blankets and pillows. The workout facility was nice and even had hand weights up to 30lbs. Found some nice restaurants nearby. Cons (-) The icemaker on our floor (5) was out of order. Cream and coffee in room was not replenished with room service. No shampoo or barsoap in room upon check in. (These issues were quickly resolved by the very friendly staff.)
