You can tell this is a new facility… And in that aspect it was clean and tidy… Unfortunately, there are several things lacking in the design… The room is too minimalistic. It had 4 inches of hanging space for dresses and suits and shirts etc.… Basically a peg sticking off of the wall was the only place to hang anything in the room. there were no towel bars in the bathroom. The sign said to hang your towel up if you wanted to reuse it or leave it on the floor if you wanted it replaced… Besides the doorhandle, there was no place to hang the towel.
Cons:room was disgusting, sheets were stained, hole in the wall in the bathroom, room stunk of smoke, lock was broken off the door, curtains were stapled to wall we paid $480 for room and got a room that wasnt worth 20 very very unhappy

Cons:The entrance was blocked by what looked like crackheads smoking cigarettes. The door was broken and the upholstered furniture in the room was FILTHY. Bed and pillows extremely uncomfortable.
Pros:clean room and bed. no bedbugs.
Cons:Where do I start? It was hot and muggy in the lobby. Clerk had friends hanging around watching tv and chatting with him behind the counter. They clearly did not work there. Same thing happened with the female clerk the following morning. She sat there chatting with a friend behind the counter, who, again, was definitely not an employee. No elevator - just stairs. Shower head sprayed water everywhere. Went out the back door at night but got stuck out there. No lights anywhere in the back. Room key wouldn't open the door. Had to use cell phone light to walk around to front. Very scary. Trash strewn everywhere in back "yard." Had to jump over screens that had fallen off windows, bottles, etc. I felt very unsafe there and will never, ever go back. I had to wonder why, if this was a Wyndham hotel, they would allow these things to happen. No responsible management oversight AT ALL! Worst hotel/motel we stayed at our entire 2 week trip throughout the South.
Pros:Staff were very helpful.
Cons:No pillowcases on any of the pillows when I checked in, staff gave them to me. The TV wasn't working and had to have staff help with that...they indicated there were numerous people with the same issues...the cable isn't good there. Room smelled funny...had to air it out. Lobby was old and kinda crummy.
Pros:I liked being able to leave.
Cons:The defining characteristic of our stay was that our room smelled really, really bad. Luckily we were only there to sleep. Every time I would wake up even briefly in the night I was reminded that we were staying in a really foul smelling place. The odor was overpowering. We noticed it immediately when we walked into the room and almost went to request another room but we had things to do and knew we would only be spending a few hours there and that all we would be doing was sleeping.
Pros:Clean bathroom, easy check in, plenty of free parking
Cons:Smoky smell in corridors, uninspiring breakfast, inflexible check out time
