The bar and restaurant were both closed. Surely it couldn't have been difficult to offer drinks?

Chaotic breakfast, massive queue to get it. Poor variety of food. Toiletries don't replace daily. Retorning towel schedule doesn't make much more sense Difficult to park the car due to lack of space

Beautiful Cliffside location. Nice indoor and outdoor pools, lovely vegetation, good variety for breakfast. Close to nice beaches. A car is desirable for this place.

COVID 19 limited services but not the hotel's fault.

My suites have a bit of dust on the floor.

Overall size of the room and breakfast

No parking. When i arrived with my mum anx grandmother who is 99 years old and wheel chair user, we parked infront of hotel jn one of 3 disable spaces hotel has. When i wdnt check in i told the reception where i was parked anx she asked if i had disable badge, i said no is a car hire. I was then told that couldnt park there. I ended up leaving my grannies alone who are 72 and 99 in the wheel chair with the luggages while i went to park elsewhere. Only parking space i could find was 5 minutes walk away!! .........also, in mh mums room the rubbish bin was full which mean they didnt clean room properly...oh, anc one more thing, mini bar fridge was empty in both rooms and although there was a kettle and two empty cups , no coffe,tea or sugar available... quite bad for a 4* hotel hey? :(

Room faced fully to sea, pool area and gardens. Small kitchen area. Large room. Step in shower ideal for my partner who has mobility issues. Good Centre to visit a range of nearby towns and sights

Our room smelled the entire stay, the chairs in the restaurant were disgusting.

Nice location, just above a nice beach, close to several good beaches & Benagil caves. Great clean pool, with many sunbeds, overlooking the ocean. There were always sunbeds available, even though we were there during seasonal peak. Our room was spacious and clean with a bathroom that looked renovated. We were very lucky, as our room had a huge balcony with 2 chairs, a table and 2 sunbeds - really enjoyed staying there at sundown.

Service - the staff is nice overall, but there are definitely things to be improved. At seasonal peak, things are extremely slow. We had to wait for 15 minutes at check out for our things to be picked up, eventually took everything on our own, as we were in a hurry. Check in wasn’t really friendly, it looked like they were super bored to do anything. Breakfasts really require improvement. In terms of variety - I think it’s ok, but the quality is really low. The cheapest yoghurts and pastry (we stayed at smaller and cheaper hotels in Portugal and pastry was always amazing unlike this place), the juices - I won’t even mention it, horrible. I only managed to order fried eggs once in several days, as the guy was always not there. One time I asked a staff member if there will be a cook, and they just completely ignored me (talk about service). Overall, the hotel is very dated. Yes, the rooms are spacious, the bathroom was ok, but everything looks like it was “once a 4-star hotel”. At the moment it definitely is not worth 4 stars. We are satisfied in general (the amazing balcony and pool territory saved our experience), but please don’t view this as 4 stars, it’s not worth the price (over 150 euros per night) - I believe the service will be way better at smaller hotels.

The pool was not in use for 6 out of the 7 days I was there.

Great, quiet location within walking distance of beaches and restaurants. Was upgraded to a side sea view room and had a piece of cake waiting for me on my birthday, which was nice.

Breakfast could be improved (fresh orange juice would be nice -- there is a juicer but it's constantly stuck, and not really suitable for a hotel). Some of the staff doesn't speak Portuguese (at the breakfast room and reception) -- not a problem for me, but the hotel is in Portugal and does have Portuguese guests and not everyone should be forced to speak English in their own country. Paid full price for the dinner buffet, when I could have gotten a voucher from reception for a discount (was not informed of this at check-in). There is over-policing of guests (there's a charge if you take utensils from the breakfast room to the pool area outside, a 50-euro charge if you lose your pool towel card, and heard guests complain of unclear charges at the bar).

Location is amazing. Hotel is nice , travelled as a couple and lots of families at hotel with young children. Indoor pool full of young children and so not quiet. Breakfast was standard and OK. Used bar once for cocktails and they were not very good. Overall a nice hotel.

Slightly shabby and unkept rooms - did complain about the dust and overall cleanliness of room and Manager was very helpful and listened and took action. Wellness area has indoor pool but mainly used by young children and parents who do not monitor their children. Difficult for the hotel to manage rude parents!

The location is the best possible, great amenities in that price, couldn't expect better.

The breakfast buffet was very nice and the restaurant staff were much friendlier than the front desk. The indoor pool and Jacuzzi were especially enjoyed. The sun-bathing chairs/beds by the outdoor pool were sturdy and comfortable. The view from our balcony was exceptional. The 2 single beds put together were comfortable and bathroom spacious and very clean. The small kitchen counter with micro-wave & fridge were very practical for fixing a light lunch. The balcony table nad chairs were ideal for playing some games while relishing the view and wonderful weather.

The air conditioning in our room did not work well, and thankful it wasn't hot weather. We couldn't leave the balcony door open in the evening to let it cool down due to an invasion of "Moroccan mosquitoes." The old small blurry TV was disappointing. The bathroom floor is 1 inch lower, so the pain of stubbing your toes a few times is almost inevitable. The old tile floors in the hall way creak under foot sounding as though you might fall through. It's hard to believe a hotel with this many rooms only has a dozen parking places for cars.

Beautiful beaches, friendly staff, location, room was nice, gym and inside pool which offered aqua gym, place for kids, WiFi good, coffee ok

Seagulls in pools, seagul feces around it (a lot) , no soy milk or any other alternative to milk (in order to eat something that doesn’t have animal products, like corn flakes), also the juices were HORRIBLE, basically powders mixed to something synthetic. Blankets were too thin for that time, so I was freezing at night

Breakfast was ok. The good thing was chef cooked fried eggs and pan cakes on demand

The beds were very comfortable and the pillows sublime. I don’t think we have ever had a better nights sleep in a hotel before.

Not sufficient allocated parking outside the hotel. We had to park way up the hill.

location is great. rooms were big enough with view to ocean. breakfast was good and meal we had in the bar was also good.

lots of seagulls in the outdoor pool and cats. Also check in was a bit delayed due to rooms not being cleaned yet and on most days the cleaner only came at 5pm which I thought was a bit late.

The older manager at the front desk was not very friendly at all. It seemed we disturbed her when asking questions. Very curt

The a/c only blew hot air so the room was very stuffy. The sofa bed was not comfortable. Coffee was not good although the food was.
