Cons (-) I stayed on the 9th floor. The hallway floor was filthy with debris and needed cleaning badly. The staff at check in were busy chatting thereby causing needless delay. I won’t use the facility again.

Pros (+) Close to hop on bridges to D.C. and near Pentagon City for Metrorail.
Cons (-) Air conditioner in room very worked poorly. There was no exhaust fan in bathroom. Valuables safe was broke. View window of Washington D.C. in room had condensation all over it, which obstructed photos. Staff were short with us. Hotel convenience store, cafe, and parking were extremely overpriced. Pros (+) I liked that the hotel was right across the street from the Pentagon where I was working. The amenities available at the hotel made it very convenient to get in and out of there. I was able to get in Uber to get into town but was also able to walk to the mall.
Cons (-) There was very little that I did not like about the hotel. They were a few aesthetic things that brought the quality down such as the door to the gym sticking and the water hammer experienced in my room when I took a shower.

Pros (+) this hotel was great for a Arlington national cemetery memorial service family stayed at this hotel in the lobby area provided a wonderful gathering place to be able to talk visit and just really really relax one of the greatest things is the shuttle service to the airport .you're also near a shopping facility that you can walk! it was just a part of a very special visit to Washington:)
Cons (-) The only complaint was when we got back to our room at about two in the afternoon then they had not made up the room so we had to wait although I asked one of the maids if she could do it she explained that one maid called in sick..and she immediately called supervisorb and got the room tidied up but other than that it was a great great great hotel.

Cons (-) I had to pay an extra $30.00 per night for parking. I was mad about this extra cost added to my bill. I was mad. Talked to the manager and they said they cannot fo anything about because o booked through your website. I will not be staying at another Double Tree in the future or using your website to book another hotel.
