Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests appreciated the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, convenient location near the airport and metro, and the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms and beds. Many found the service to be excellent and the amenities, such as the bistro and water stations, to be a nice touch. However, several guests felt the prices, especially for parking and food, were too high and some encountered minor maintenance or noise issues. Despite these drawbacks, the positive experiences with staff and comfort made for a pleasant stay for most guests.

Pros (+) I like they let my husband and I sleep in before we had to get back on the road. The front desk was very accommodating when I expressed my dislike with the cleanliness of the original room given to us. We were moved to a better room. The staff was amazing thank you.
Cons (-) Make sure they clean the room’s thoroughly. It’s covid and we can’t afford laziness when it comes to cleaning and sanitizing rooms.

Cons (-) I used Kayak to filter hotels with free parking and free breakfast, when I got there non was free, if that was the case why did Kayak included them in the search results???????!!!!!!! The room was described as having two queen beds, it turns out to have had only one queen bed and a bed sofa. Very MISLEADING.

Cons (-) Large group of teenage tourist were loud when arriving back to the hotel but that is expected..

Pros (+) Staff were very friendly and professional, and helpful. Rooms were very clean and smelled good. Staff in restaurant/ bar were even more helpful and friendly. They came by and checked on us and brought us more drinks while we stayed longer in the eating area.
Cons (-) The price for this weekend. However it is a busy weekend for any inauguration so I can understand the increase in prices. The hours of the restaurant in the hotel were very limited. I would prefer a little earlier on the weekend, and later at night.
