Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the Santuário, and several mention friendly and helpful staff. However, cleanliness is a significant concern for many, with repeated complaints about dirty rooms, bathrooms, and restaurant areas. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying it and others disappointed by early closure or lack of replenishment. Parking is another common issue, with complaints about limited space, extra charges, and inconvenient arrangements. Overall, while the location stands out as a major positive, improvements in cleanliness and amenities are needed.
