I liked leaving
Not a 5 stars hotel, looks way different than the pictures. Ive been to better hostels The receptionists were unbelievably rude, there was a misunderstanding with our booking, and instead of listening and trying to help he started yelling at us and said "can you not calculate" when all i was doing was showing him that theyre giving us something different than what we booked, it was very humiliating The breakfast isnt vegan, they didn't even have soya milk, food overall was really bad It says they speak multiple languages, they dont speak most of them, and they barely speak english Very limited time for food, a few minutes after their scheduled meal they turn the lights off in the dining hall, even if people arent done eating, and if youre hungry in between meals you have leftover soup from a day before and fruit that smells like bleach. Good thing it was close to the airport, we couldnt wait to leave

All inclusive servis was perfect for me very tasty food.Near to beach long promenade night life open restaurants excelent.
Bed mattrasse, staff should be more say hallo if meet the gests. In 5 star hotel is basic standart.

Amazing beach. Friendly staff.
Not 5-star hotel standards. No towels change between 12 and 4pm. Towels only at SPA which is far from beach and pool. All inclusive does not include several things like fresh juice. Quality, taste and variety is below par. Too crowded, limited personal space, and sometimes did not find table during lunch/dinner.

Its my second time with the family in that hotel. What should I say , its very very good resort, very clean, and have amazing staff, very cooperative and friendly I ask them to upgrade my room, they give me amazing room with big balcony and panoramic view of the sea without extra charge. The beach is clean and beautiful. There are 2 pool which are very clean and comfortable. The pool game are different every day and nice The restaurant offers a large variety of food, i can't count it , the snack restaurant offers a delicious meal. Its very interesting to come again with the family to sealife family resort

Lots of choices for the breakfast and not only - well, it was all-included... Nice staff and entertainment hosts. Each evening children party and other events organized. Nice location, close to the sea. Tunnel access to the beach (under the street) was a very good idea. Congrats!
