Pros: MG was the perfect hostess, she made our first stay at Gibson’s Lodgings an absolute delight. We checked in late to the Patterson house without any issues. The minute you walk in you feel at home. The snacks and drinks left in the dining room were wonderful and the breakfast each morning was delicious. The homes are right next to the Naval Academy entrance and a short walk to Main Street. We highly recommend Gibson’s Lodgings and will definitely make this our place to stay in Annapolis.

Pros: The location was perfect for my planned eventful weekend. Within walking distance to several restaurants/bars. We didn’t have to worry about parking when our and about. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of the town. The room was comfy and cozy. Very happy with our stay.

Pros: Location was literally next to the Visitor's Gate 1 for the USNA! Clean, historic, EXCELLENT hot breakfast, super friendly staff, large rooms with nice furniture and baths. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone heading to USNA for any reason! Some amenities: free parking lot, the BEST location - steps from wonderful shops, restaurants, bars, yachts, water views, and the adorable main streets of Annapolis. Don't waste your time staying anywhere else! This is THE place to stay in Annapolis, you won't regret it!

Pros: A cluster of three historic brick buildings nestled within a stone’s throw to Main Street and the Naval Academy. The staff was very accommodating, the suite we stayed In was charming and comfortable. It has off street parking and a delicious breakfast spread. I will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Cons: I didn’t like the room. The old carpet was gross. The room size was smaller than I was suppose to have and the sofa was very uncomfortable. The breakfast was very disappointing.

Pros: Walking distance of all Annapolis attractions. Less than a block from public parking. Breakfast was provided off a subset of the deli menu. The eggs were very good, the breakfast potatoes were slippery and dripping grease - tasted good. Paid for it later.

Cons: Family-owned and thus sometimes the quirks went in the others direction. My bed was missing its topsheet, for example. No biggie, just... Quirky. That said, have I mentioned location? Can't. Be. Beat.

Cons: Being old has charm, but does lack some newer features and comfort. If I was younger and had more time to kill, being in the heart of downtown could have been more fun, but I am not a young man anymore. Enjoy it for what it is.

Cons: Parking was $20. Ticket given by hotel to get discount parking didn't work. Also if you want to sleep don't get a room in front of hotel. Super loud til 130am and then early delivery trucks at 630am. Also rooms need new carpet. Lots of stains.

Cons: Room was 3rd floor under hot roof, 90F outside, A/C was not running on arrival. Took 1.5 hrs to cool off the room. Black mold on edges of A/C. For a such a tourist destination, I expected the room to be furnished differently. 50's flower print wall-paper? Metal bed frame. All wooden furniture surfaces were sticky from worn varnish/wear. Felt like we were staying in a grandma's spare room or a strip motel in FL for Spring Break. No information provided in the binder for wi-fi. Discovered network, but was unsecured. Not sure when old carpeted floors were last shampooed. The room could use a complete face-lift.
