Pros: I. Concierge service was excellent as they graciously spent an hour or so with me on the phone PRIOR to arrival and proved just as gracious when I arrived.
II. Excellent (and unexpected) almost all bike roughly 4 mile rail to bike/hike only trail from Portoroz to Isola Slovenia.
III. Excellent FREE internet as I needed to work each day I was there and almost stayed a week.
IV. Great HQ to tour by
(A) ferry to
(1) Isola, Slovenia (as trips are daily in summer) and
(2) Ravinj and Pula in Croatia (weekends and Wednesday only in summer) with Raving being more charming and Pula having 3 Roman sites but more inudustrial;
(3) Venice (once per week on Dora BU you may need to stay overnight)
(B) car to multiple 30 to 75 minutes short road trips in Slovenia (including gorgeous and captivating Ljubliana) and Istrian peninsula of Croatia.
V. Buffet British/American style lavish and tasty breakfast until 12 noon included in price.
VI. Large rooms
Cons: air conditioning made room comfortable but it was irritating that theormostat did not work properly and was "off" and needed adjustment BUT room was able to be cooled but needed assistance form help..
Pros: Breakfast excellent, location perfect in the centerin front of the beach.
Pros: The quality of the cocktails in the Palace Bar
Cons: The quality of the cocktails by the Pool!!!!! Same price like Palace Bar, but on low quality!
Pros: The hotel is nice as you would expect from a 5 star hotel. But the service is exceptional. The staff is beyond friendly, nice, warm and always willing to help. Still, the best thing is breakfast which is served in a beautiful hall up until 12. We really took our time and enjoyed the perks of extraordinary service. Good job!
Cons: Even though we were there in winter, so without an open outside pool, we believe that the SPA should be larger for this hotel.
Pros: Best breakfast ever. Very comfortable beds. Perfect location. Amazing Concierge.
A stay at Grand Hotel Portorož 4* superior - Lifeclass Hotels & Spa places you in the heart of Piran, a 1-minute drive from Portoroz Beach and 8 minutes from Piran Harbour. Featured amenities include a business center, limo/town car service, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Good hotel for the area.
Cons: no comment
Pros: Everything is perfect
Pros: Very friendly and accommodating staff, excellent breakfast, large rooms, nice swimming pool areas. Perfect location: on the seafront, close to cafes, restaurants and shops. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, but going for a walk to Piran on a sunny day (takes about 30-40 mins) is easy and highly recommended.
Located in Piran, Hotel Piran is on the waterfront, within a 5-minute walk of Piran Harbour and Tartinijev Trg. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. A roundtrip airport shuttle is available for a surcharge.
Pros: Great location in Piran and excellent service from front desk employees and the chauffer who took guests to/from the parking garage. Breakfast buffet was very good had many choices. Comfortable beds, spacious bathroom and room was very quiet.
Pros: Location was great and the hotel makes it extremely easy to get in and out if you're driving with their shuttle service to and from the Piran parking garage. Hotel was very clean and beautiful.
Cons: Due to the prime location, expect a lot of noise. Our room faced the alley, and we got a lot of noise from people walking to their hotels late at night, and motoscooters zipping up the alley in the morning.
Pros: This beautiful hotel looks right out over the sea. It's quiet and stylishly tasteful, and the staff were unfailingly helpful. The breakfast buffet - included in the room charge - is substantial, with everything from muesli you can make up yourself to sausages and scrambled eggs, pancakes, meats and cheeses, fruit, and Slovenian cakes. Piran is small and perfectly formed, so nowhere's that far from the centre, but since this is just round the corner from the main square, and right next to the main strip of Piran's fish restaurants, it's a fantastic location.
Pros: Great location in Piran and warm and comfortable for a February/early March visit.
Cons: No wifi in my room (though good in other parts of the hotel)
Pros: The location is grate. There were 2 things I was not completely satisfied with. The room we had was really small an extra 2 miters would do the difference. It was located just above the smoking area so the noise and smell was not something I appreciate.ask for a room on the top floor s and as far to the left of the building as possible. Except for that it was a very good , clean hotel located just on the shore of the sea. Very close to the main square. If you look for a good fish restaurant take the free shuttle to the parking lot out of the city just next to the last stop a grate not very expensive restaurant.

Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle for a surcharge, and self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Perfect location with the best view over the Portorož bay and marina. And definitely the best breakfast we have had in a long time. "Ni da ni" is a slovene saying that describes it perfectly. I loved a personal letter at arrival in a very spacious room, too. Big terrace, comfy bed, welcoming staff! The exterior of the hotel doesn't do justice to reality of the interior. We will come back.
Pros: Friendly a polite personal, clean and big room, big pool, big choice of food (breakfast, dinner), near beach and all is in walking distance.
Pros: The location, facilities and clean. The reception staffs seemed not to be motivated.
Located in Piran, Grand Hotel Bernardin is within a 5-minute drive of Portoroz Beach and Tartinijev Trg. Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: The best located hotel i Portoroz. Walking distance to the bay, as well as nearby romantic Piran. Rooms are renovated, although the reception area and the pool are not. Still, have been in most of the Portoroz hotels, but Bernardin is absolutely my favorite
Cons: Renovation a bit sloppy, bit still the best placed hotel in Portoroz.
Pros: Great location, excellent breakfast, polite staff. Very nice inside pool.
Pros: Location was great, service was great. VIP section at the beach was a luxury. Food was great for adults. Kids pool at neighboring hotel (which we had access to) was enjoyable.
Cons: Not the best fit for young children. Rocky beach, and salt water pools were ok, but not ideal. Not great food options for toddlers.
Pros: Sea-view & comfy room.
Cons: Restaurant is pricey, (room price included) wellness is really just a swimming pool.
Pros: Nice hotel with amazing sea view. The room was comfortable, nicely decorated and spacious. The pool is a bit small, but nice anyways.
When you stay at Boutique Hotel Portorose in Piran, you'll be near the beach and 9 minutes by foot from Portoroz Beach. Featured amenities include a business center, express check-in, and express check-out. This hotel has 3 meeting rooms available for events. Pros: Great location, design ... we get really big room on top, so the view was gorgeous
Pros: Our first time in this hotel. We visited many hotels in Portoroz and this one is one of the finest and best in small town of Portoroz. Hotel looks very nice. Lobby is designed very stylish and nice. Rooms are big and very comfortable. Bathroom is very nice it was very clean. Bed was comfortable and we were sleeping like babies. Breakfast is very good with so many things to choose. You have everything you need. Everything was fresh and tasty. There is a hotel garage and it costs 10 Euros per Night. Staff was really very very friendly, very polite and professional. Very good team. There is also a Spa. Not too big but nicely done. In summer season there is also outdoor pool. Our impression is very positive and we are going to visit this hotel again.
Cons: Everything was fine
Cons: The inside pool area and the pool. It is cold and not enjoyable at all. We primarily reserved this hotel because of the inside pool so we thought we will spend some time down there but it’s just too cold.
When you stay at Hotel Histrion in Piran, you'll be by the sea, within a 5-minute drive of Portoroz Beach and Tartinijev Trg. Featured amenities include a business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Good location
Cons: As a 4 star hotel, they should have good conditions of the room facilities and the swimming pools temperature not suitable for the baby.
Pros: Sea outview, place, clean rooms, meals, hotel services, restaurants and bars around and everything else.
Cons: Beach is very simple and the swimming area close to the hotel is not marked. For good swimmers it is no problem.
Pros: the view
Cons: Poor breakfast and very bad coffee. No variety of vegetables and bread. Poor quality of the public areas. No kettle in the room.
Pros: indoor and outdoor swimming pools were as w bonus. Food for breakfast and dinner were fine. A lot of kids in the hotel, so good place for families.
Cons: In general I would rate this property for 3 stars but 4 start is too much. Rooms are very small, bathroom even smaller - two people will not fit. All is quite old but clean.
Cons: Poop hours
Pros: The location is good. It is only a short walk to Portoroz and Piran
Cons: Unfortunately, when I arrived it was the end of summer season and there was no airconditioning. It was then too hot to stay in the room during noon and afternoons.
Pros: The sublime view on the sera.
Cons: The breakfast was always the same, too industriel and not variated.
Pros: The food was good. The indoor pool with the whirpool was very nice.
Cons: Food allergens are written at a paper in front of restaurant - remember the slovinian name of the food, go out of restaurant, look up the food - no kidding. Drinks for dinner are not included, but there was no pricelist available most of the time. Shame that the great indoor pool is not available at the evening, especially when outdoor night swimming is forbidden.

Pros: Friendly personal, my room was good and bets super comfortable, nice balcony
Cons: Sauna is charged extra - €13 per person on weekends and public holidays, otherwise 10.
Pros: close to the sea, dinner and breakfast were excellent, staff are very kind
Cons: complex procedure for wellness wipes (:-) , you have to go through the cafe in a bathrobe while others are having dinner.

Featured amenities include a business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Pros: Nice location. We liked polls very much. The food was good. The staff was polite and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable.
Cons: Pillows and bed are uncomfortable
Pros: We had great very spacious room with nice view. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect, right in front of the beach, we really enjoyed it even during the winter as it was about 18 degrees. The facilities were clean as well as our room. Our daughter loved the kid’s room, she found new friends there. We were not here first time and for sure, not the last time.
Cons: I found the water in the spa a little cold this time.
A stay at Hotel Riviera - LifeClass Hotels & Spa places you in the heart of Piran, just a 4-minute walk from Portoroz Beach and within a 5-minute drive of Piran Harbour. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. For a surcharge, guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle (available 24 hours) and a train station pick-up service.
Pros: Excellent hotel, with a connection to a very good swimming pool and saunas.
Cons: Parking possibilities are not suitable or known in advance. Garrage is not available for drivers park in, so you never know where your car is. Garrage is not available when you return after midniht, what you also don't know in advance. So you stay outside but you payed.
Pros: Good location but same applies to many other hotels in Portoroz. Breakfast was very good. Did not have dinner there as we wanted to visit a restaurant nearby that had been recommended (Prego) and where so pleased with Prego we had dinner there twice. Parking in the backyard.
Cons: Feels cheap to be asked to pay 4 Eur rent for towels at the spa, rent bathrobes for 6 euros and if you want to use the minibar to store/chill your own beverages you are asked to pay rent for the minibar! Also to be advised by the hotel that the towels in the room and bathrobes are electronically monitored (so do not dare to steal them)?? Staff a bit somber and not a lot of smiles from any of them.
Pros: The swiming pool with heated sea water and the whole facility was very nice and modern. Breakfast very variate with options for vegetarians and, vegans. Room with sea view.
Cons: Parking extra money, as well as if you use the sauna or if you use the bathrobes provided in the room. the room was very small and didn't really looked like of 4stars hotel. also needs some renovation.
A stay at Act-ION Hotel Neptun - LifeClass Hotels & Spa places you in the heart of Piran, just a 5-minute walk from Portoroz Beach and within a 5-minute drive of Tartinijev Trg. Featured amenities include limo/town car service, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. For a surcharge, guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle (available 24 hours) and a train station pick-up service.
Pros: Great location with a fantastic view and helpful staff! Breakfast buffet was decent and private beach also a plus :)
Cons: They did not provide fresh towels everyday. I had to ask every morning for new towels which was a little bit weird for me.
Pros: Very good meals, nice spa facilities
Cons: Warm rooms
Pros: Great location
Cons: Wellness too small for 5 hotels, cold water, cold floors. No garage, parking space full.
Cons: Hotel without smiles! The woman on recepcion at start was not polite, even more... The staff is working look like on pressure, without interest for gests. Very cold in pasarela hall connecting swiming pool and rooms. Hotel does not deserve 4 stars.
Pros: Big, clean room, standard equipment, really excellent breakfast buffet in hotel Apollo, also for vegetarians. Nice guided water aerobics in swimming pool, a lot of resting spaces. Very close to center, restaurants and beach.
Cons: Hotel Neptun does not have its own reception desk nor pleasant lobby, so you have to go to hotel Apollo, which is connected with non-heated glass corridor, which had exactly the same temperature as outdoors, what was in January freezing cold. Through the same corridor is also access to the swimming pools so going there and especially back in bathrobe was really unpleasant. We also had to go to hotel Apollo to breakfast. Hotel Neptun is situated uphill, so to get to the beach or town center by foot you have to walk downstairs outside or go around on the steep street. At swimming pool bath slippers are not allowed, what I have never seen before at any spa. You have to walk barefoot, which due to wet floor is very dangerous and also not very hygienic - dirt and hair from the floor you bring directly to the swimming pool.
Pros: We liked the staff - its professionalism, friendly attitude, wonderful attitude to children. Breakfasts - great choice. Beautiful spa, swimming- pools.
Cons: We liked everything.
Pros: good location, parking for free
Cons: lobby was dirty and stinky, food shold be better, nota valou for money.
Pros: We had a great sea view from our hotel room. The spa offer is affordable and has a great variety of massages etc.
Pros: service was mediocre and the food during the breakfast was just terrible. Other than that, hotel Neptun is ok
Pros: All hotels in resort Life Class is conected and in the centre of Portorose. It is the best located resort in this area. Fully recomended.
Cons: There is a lack of parking space in spite of the fact that there is a hotel parking (pretty crowded). It is recomended to book in advance.
Located in Piran, Socializing Hotel Mirna 4* - Lifeclass Hotels & Spa is a 1-minute drive from Portoroz Beach and 8 minutes from Piran Harbour. Featured amenities include limo/town car service, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. A train station pick-up service is provided at no charge (available 24 hours), and self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: The room was spacious, clean, had a balcony looking towards the sea. It was also on the sunny side as the weather was sunny during whole of my stay so I was able to sit on the balcony (it was the end of December!).
Cons: The swimming pools were overcrowded in the afternoon (but I found my perfect timing
Pros: Everything important was great.
Cons: Poor parking availability.
Cons: The communication before check in was bed. Nobody answered the phones as we were calling for late check in. And they replayed on my e mail as we already checked out.
Pros: The swimming pool and terme were awesome. Hotel is very clean. Breakfast was great. The beach is also very near as well as city center.
Cons: They charge you 6 Eur for using bath coat and towel. In a hotel which declares itself as a spa hotel.
Pros: Good breakfast; very nice and helpful staff. Quite a big room.
Cons: Air conditioning could work better in the room.
Pros: Large room with big balcony and windows. Room has new furniture and interior. Separate wc and bathroom. Breakfast is very good.
Cons: Poor sound insulation, very slow elevator, hotel is on the hill, so you need climb to it. Too many people in the pools... Anyway, it's a good choice.
Pros: Nice room and a terrace, as well. Nice breakfast. It is close to the main street which passing by the seaside. Clean refurbished hotel. It is one of 7-8 hotels of Life Class hotel chain, they are all in same area of Portoroz.
Cons: Lot of things. Bathrobe waits for you in the room wrapped up with the paper on which says - 6 EUR for usage. So miserable of them. Never in my entire life and nowhere I saw this! I travelled in 4 continents and dozens of countries. Also - 2 of these wrapped-ups waited for us and there were 3 of us, no for the child. Slippers - there's no any in the room!?? Once you find the way to pools through labyrinths you stay stunned. 2 cabins for changing. Lockers without keys!??? In the pool area no offering of towels??? You cannot find in pool areas a spot where you can drink a glass of water. I had to go out from the warm pool to cold hallways with my son to find the toilette where I was giving him to drink a water from my hands! Come on...!??? Parking - you have some areas for it 100m from the hotel, but they are over crowded because these are for all hotels from the chain, so you have to go to another, 500m away??
Pros: Spacious modern room and good quality breakfast.
Cons: Considering the price of the room I would have expected services such as a kettle or coffee facilities in the room and better bathroom kit (not just liquid soap and nothing else). Also, use of the spa is included but the use of the bathrobe you find in the room is at a charge of €6 per person. There is even an extra charge for the check-in (€1,50 per person) which is unheard of! Use of the car park is also an extra.

Cons: Water was not hot enough to have bath
Pros: The location was amazing. The staff and the guest were very courteous. The breakfast was wonderful.

Pros: The room was warm and had a very cozy air. The staff helped us with the reservation for the New Year's Eve, as we haven't any.
Cons: It was a good experience. The staff was excellent and very nice. Although there was a very unpleseant smell on the hallway and in the elevator.
Pros: The check in and check out staff were friendly and helpful. Walking the 15minutes broad walk from the hotel to Piran. The so thoughtful arrangements for guest who return from Piran in the night...A free shuttle instead of walking in the dark along the sea. The casual atmosphere. The grounds were nice. The luxurious feel of spa by the sea. The view, great when you step out on the balcony. We notice they have special rooms for those with pets.
Cons: Walking the corridor to our room. Some external glass areas were quite dirty, we see it every time we walk in and out. The free welcome drink...some kind of real cheap concoction. Sorry.
Pros: Very nice hotel right by the sea. Staff was very nice and breakfast was great. Great nature around the hotel.
Pros: The view from the rooms are great and the walk path to Piran is amazing. Giving a torchlight for the evening walk is really nice.
Cons: The double beds are pushed together singles which are separating continuously. The bathroom is quite broken, shower cabins are falling apart, sink plug is rusty.
Pros: Clean rooms Great breakfast and really nice staff
Pros: Nice hotel with a nice view in a good location. The breakfast is huge and delicious. Very friendly staff.
Located in Piran, Hotel Ville Park is in a shopping district, within a 5-minute drive of Portoroz Beach and Tartinijev Trg. Featured amenities include a business center, luggage storage, and a safe deposit box at the front desk. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available on request), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Location, food, stuff
Cons: The swimming pool is too cold, it is OK for summertime, but not for school holidays in the end of October. The pools are overcrowded with not enough chaise-longues. The pool area and changing rooms are durty. It was quite an unpleasant experience since we are frequent guests and never had any problems with pool before.
Pros: We booked the hotel because of the location and because we only needed a place to sleep, so we didn't use any of the hotel facilities apart from the room & breakfast; it was a good value for money.
Pros: Nice tidy
Cons: All was good
Pros: Position, proximity of the sea, heated indoor pools with sea water... Walking distance of Portorož and Piran.
Cons: Noisy ventilation in nearby restaurant.
Pros: NOTHING!!!! Air conditioner was working in the room..
Cons: EVERYTHING! Parking - not enough space Air conditioner - wasn't working for the temperature. The entrance to the hotel is beautiful but then you go to other buildings and the condition is awful, old, dirty and smelly!! Breakfast was a disaster! There are signs saying: don't take food with you outside. What kind of place is it that they have to write this? The swimming pool you see on the fotos is public and don't belong to the hotel. There is even more people than at the breakfast.. There was no elevator. Actually anyone could walk to the other buildings of the hotel. Doors are always open and there is no-one to watch! TV is defiantly an oldtimer..... Bed was horrible! It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at!

Cons: opposite the door of room 18 there is a laundry room. washing machines work at night. noise is heard.
Pros: This is a quiet, well-located and extremely comfortable hotel which we've already visited a couple of times and will surely continue to do so in the future. It's an ideal location for walking, or for travelling further afield and discovering Istria.
Pros: Covered car park
Cons: The room was too warm. Also with the windows open still too warm.

Pros: Everything was perfect.
Cons: Hotel is 100m from rooms. Street light is bad between hotel and rooms.
Pros: Breakfast. Parking. Pool.
Cons: Not that i didn’t like it. The shower my room 4420 was leaking. Problem for the hotel, but vey nice shower.
Pros: Room was comfy and exactly as advertised, quiet at night for good sleep. Breakfast was excellant and served at the main hotel building 100 metres away.
Pros: Great location in Portorose, beautiful and well-equipped rooms, excellent facilities and services, very comfortable beds/mattresses. The breakfast was absolutely awesome in every respect: quantity, quality, and variety.
Cons: Too bad the management chooses to close the outside swimming pools on September 15. We really think they should keep them open until the end of September. I'm sure all guests would respond enthusiastically in favor, if consulted. We would have loved to stay a few more days, if the outside pools were kept beyond Sept 15.
Pros: Very comfortable room, located in a separate building from the main hotel facilities (based less than a 5 minute walk away on a path - not on main road). Room was clean, nice balcony facing the sea, and bed was huge and very comfortable. Had a lot of English TV channels and excellent wifi. The pool is really not far, less than 5 minutes from the main hotel (10 minutes from your room). It is a huge pool next to the ocean so well worth it! The parking at the back of the property is private for 10 euros a day - it is right outside and there are staff who watch the cars during the day - no issue parking here.
Cons: The shower definitely needs a curtain - the whole bathroom gets soaked after a shower!

Pros: Beds were really extra large, and the food is excellent
Cons: You have to pay extra for almost everything, e.g. massage, using the fittness room, using the sauna and even for parking
Pros: Lovely place. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast and dinner was very good. Very easy and comfortable place to stay with no worries.
Cons: If you don’t get a sea view then the view isn’t great, a big three blocked our view but my wife liked the privacy. Not really much sandy beach at all beach, just a nice seaside to walk along.
Pros: Since there was no room in the Hotel Metropol, we are here to be placed near Hotel we like. We were surprised because the room was comfortable and beautiful, beautiful terrace, huge bathroom and a fantastic view of the forest, so we slept well. We used the services of the hotel Metropol, a swimming pool, spa, and breakfast is perfect, so I absolutely recommend this hotel even though it does not have a reception, it may also be interesting, because as you are in your apartment, but you have privileges to the hotel.
Cons: Maybe it is just a little turning room, as they are already dirty walls and doors that are doing a little better at the entrance of the hotel, worked hard, but we had a card ... maybe it's a contact.
Pros: staff were very kind. The gotel was located across the street from the place my convention was held
Cons: Hotel is a bit old, yet bathroom looks renewed
Pros: Very satisfied with the stay in the hotel. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Good location also for families with small children.
Pros: Old stile room accommodation
Cons: Everything was ok
Pros: nice staff, good food and close to the beach and city center
Cons: lunch hour is a little bit narrow in means of time (only from 19 till 20:30). I would prefer a possibility to have supper till 22:00.
Pros: There is no internet connection in the rooms you have to go to the hotel next door (the same company to be connected. The tv doesn't work all the time and there are no international channels. But, the hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly
Cons: No easy access to the hotel, the baggage has to be carried up the stairs to get to the reception. This hotel belongs to Metropol chain hotels. Metropol Hotel is 5 star and is situated 50 meters from Roza hotel. All activities you can get in Metropol hotel and not in Roza hotel. Breakfast is served in this hotel, but dinner is served also in Metropol hotel. They should write down explanation.
Cons: No easy access to the hotel, the baggage has to be carried up the stairs to get to the reception.
Pros: Bathroom was clean and modern.
Cons: 1. Problematic parking. 2. Room furniture old and too dark. 3. Some facilities (e.g., swimming pool) offered in neighbouring hotel but information about opening hours was not correct.

With a stay at Art Hotel Tartini in Piran, you'll be within a 5-minute walk of Tartinijev Trg and Piran Harbour. Featured amenities include a business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk.
Pros: The staff went out of their way to make our stay welcoming and excellent
Cons: Parking was not in the hotel vicinity as the area was mainly just for pedestrians
Pros: Staff was amazing, breakfast was delicious, outside terrace had a fantastic view.
Cons: Room was basic, a bit like a dormitory with super thin walls. Could hear the neighbor using the toilet.
Pros: Fantastic staff. Fantastic hotel. Loved it. Hotel is beautifully decorated to modern tastes.
Cons: Nothing it was perfect
Pros: Great, funky and comfortable hotel in the heart of Piran. Great views and nice breakfast. Will be back here for sure.
Cons: A great location requires a bit of hassle with parking the car but you can’t actually do anything about it. Just be aware that you have to park your car outside the town. You can drive to hotel, leave your luggage but you have to move your car to a carpark aprox 1.5 km (there’s a free shuttle every 20 mins or so)
Pros: First and foremost, it was the people that really made this a great stay for us. Everyone was very kind and made getting in and out with our car and luggage really simple, which can be difficult in Piran. Also, we received wonderful recommendations during our stay, as well as some really good ideas on what to do on our trip to Bled. Room had incredible view. Best location.
Cons: The room was pretty tiny, not that we spent a ton of time there. Overall, could be ready for some slight updating. Bathroom wasn't the cleanest I've ever seen, but far from the dirtiest. Elevator only goes to 4, so if you're on 5 you have to walk up an awkward little staircase with your luggage. No big deal for us, but might be for some.
Pros: Great location in this very little town. I’ve got a room looking directly at the main square. A few steps away from everything.
Cons: The temperature was too hot.
Pros: Excellent location in the center of Piran - the view from the terrace is priceless.
Cons: The "arty" design is rather a compromise solution to cover some construction failures. Besides, friendliness and helpfulness is probably not the biggest strength of the receptionist. The parking situation is difficult, but this goes for Piran in general.
