None of the staff were friendly. The room had a horrible sweet smell, very hot, loud a/c that kept you awake. Very dirty and run down in all areas including common areas. Breakfast I didn’t touch had a coffee.

From start to finish this hotel is a disaster. I booked this hotel because of its location to the Alaskan Railroad and that was the only good thing about this hotel. I also liked that it had a shuttle from the airport but we waited an hour for the shuttle that never came. We ended up taking a local bus to a restaurant and then calling an Uber from there to get to the hotel. It’s listed as a downto...
