Pros:Excellent staff, welcoming decor/ambiance, excellent location, great market across the street
Cons:The loud neighbors on every side. Kids jumping off the bed, people using the outside stairs like a jungle gym...hard to fall asleep , woke up early each day to neighbor noise.
Pros:The hotel was an easy journey to and from Disneyland. The room offered one adult and two children room to spread out a bit. The refrigerator froze our produce at the lowest setting, but the kitchenette was stocked with silverware and knives as well as pots and pans and cups. Not the best part of town, but it met our needs for a trip to Disneyland

Cons:Not clean. Washed my face, stuck my head into a towel, and pulled someone else's hair from my mouth. We couldn't change, for the second night, (16 hours of Disney) but we didn't touch anything.Wouldn't recommend, wouldn't stay there again. The couch in our room was collapsed. Old and quaint is one thing, old and destroyed/filthy is another. Breakfast was minimal (no protein) and parking was not great. Too many choices here not to be of better quality. Good luck to them!
Pros:The proximity to the parks was great! Very close to Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm, plenty of restaurants close by, free parking, kitchenette in room w/ full size fridge, and private patio.
Cons:The actual location, not so great. Area is a little shady and we wouldn't have walked around outside at night. Air conditioner was old and loud, we had to cool the room before going to sleep and then turn the A/C off when we went to sleep because we couldn't sleep with it on. Walls/ceiling were very so even though there were quiet hours after 10pm, you could easily hear people in the hall/above you/next to you. I wouldn't really consider the free breakfast a real breakfast. More like packaged snacks, cereal, bread, and water/coffee. Bring your own breakfast items or you'll be hungry/disappointed.
Pros:Hotel Peppertree is a great place to stay. This was my second time staying here in two months. I'm a solo traveler and visit Anaheim for business often. The room is definitely spacious for one person. It has a King sized bed and an extra bed on the side, a couch and a kitchenette. One can definitely use this place for an extended stay. Although I do love the charming touch of the lion head fountain that was on the patio, the noise from the water can be a bit annoying. But it was definitely fixable. I will definitely stay here again.
Pros:The lay out was great! Lots of space specially for us 4. My sons could sit on the couches and we could nap on the beds. Across the street is this axing Peruvian restaurant, don't be turn off by the appearance, best Peruvian food I had in OC and I grew up there. Across the street is Mexican groceries, fresh bread! And whole chicke meals for 4 for $12-15! the fridge was normal size, which is great for left overs and juices. No stove, heating cool, but we didn't need it.
Cons:The drawers squeak because they are wood on wood - not much of a complain.
Pros:My room was very inexpensive and it came with 2 large beds, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a living room area as well as a balcony. The staff was very nice to me and allowed me to have my friends from the area come visit my room for no charge.
Cons:The surrounding area (within walking distance) was a bit sketchy, but I didnt have any trouble going to the small plaza across the street for a few groceries.
Pros:We really liked the decore and atmosphere of the hotel and room. The room was really spacious and the balcony was pretty neat even though the view wasnt that great.
Cons:At 8am the maids started cleaning and the noise woke me and my boyfriend. We could hear them up and down the halls, banging their cleaning carts around and yelling at each other. The noise was so loud it seemed like the maids were inside our room.
