The location was good, We had the most issue with the rooms, They smell not clean, it took three room changes to get one that was tolerable. Ordered housekeeping on day three out of five and no one showed up. We called for towels and they did bring them up promptly. For the price per night they charge we found this unacceptable and would not recommend.

Pros (+) As somebody who is in the service industry I am hard to please however my fiancé and I had a fantastic stay. Rooms were clean and lovely and the shampoo was by Paul Mitchell which is also a plus! Check out was also easy everybody was completely hospitable & friendly. Walkable to everything.
Cons (-) The hallway was wayyyy colder than it was outside. ( I am always cold but it was downright chilly!)

Pros (+) We appreciated the location, the spacious and modern-looking room, the great pool and hot-tub AND the great food, which was a nice bonus.
Cons (-) The AC unit was a bit finicky in the room...couldn't quite get it to stay a the desired temperature, but that's a personal thing and very minor.

Pros (+) The decor was very beautiful and modern. We liked that there was a Starbucks right inside the lobby and there was also onsite laundry facilities and a heated pool. Also, the location was ideal as there were lots of dining choices within walking distance. It was an added bonus that if we wanted we could park our car in guest parking and walk the mile down the road to Disneyland. (Parking at Disney ...
Cons (-) The hotel didn't provide any informational flyers explaining how our complimentary breakfast worked, which is contracted through Starbucks downstairs. I didn't have a way to make hot water in the room. (I usually pass water through the coffeemaker to make hot water, but the models provided in the room made that impossible.)
