Cons (-) Notified the front desk about crickets in our room, under the sink, said they'd have someone deal with it while we were out for the day, came back to the hotel and had to listen to the crickets again that night, then found another one in the tub in the morning. We were notified, after three nights that we were not allowed to have the ac below 72 degrees, not when checking in, but three days later....
