Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to Disneyland, as well as the cleanliness of the rooms and the quality of the breakfast. Many reviews highlight the friendly and attentive staff, with several guests noting positive experiences with room service and daily cleaning. However, some guests mention issues with bed comfort, particularly with hard or infested beds, and a few note problems such as noise, parking fees, and occasional musty smells. Pros (+) Convenient location for Disneyland visitors.
Cons (-) Having too loud noise of traffic.
Pros (+) The whole staff was great very respectful and showed interest in my needs for my kids. Room was great very clean and updated. I would highly recommend
Pros (+) The room was excellent. Way bigger than required, plenty of space. So much room for activities.
Cons (-) It's a Motel. So that means loud screaming children will wake you up as they stand outside the window and door of your room yelling about how much they really need to try the card reader to open the door to their room at their parents. Plus side, you don't have to set an alarm. They'll wake you up just fine.
