Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's central location, making it easy to access city attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Many reviewers highlight the friendly and helpful staff, with several positive mentions of the reception team and overall service. Breakfast receives generally favorable comments for its quality and variety. Some guests appreciate the spaciousness of certain rooms. However, there are recurring concerns about the age of the hotel, cleanliness issues (such as old carpets and odors), and noise levels, especially in rooms facing busy streets. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects, particularly location and service, stand out for most guests.
