Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore the city and access public transport. The staff received many compliments for their friendliness and helpfulness, contributing positively to guests' experiences. However, many reviews noted that the rooms and bathrooms were extremely small and sometimes uncomfortable. Breakfast was generally considered basic but adequate, with some guests appreciating the convenience. Steep stairs and the building's old style were frequently mentioned, sometimes as part of the Amsterdam experience, but also as a challenge for some guests.
