Pros (+) Location
Cons (-) The rooms are closets, the bathroom worked sometimes and the above floor shower was leaking into our shower. Would not stay again - disappointed in the lack of care in the facilities.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore the city. However, many express strong dissatisfaction with the steep, narrow stairs, lack of elevator, and poor accessibility, especially for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues. Cleanliness is a major concern, with reports of dirty rooms, bedbugs, and unkempt facilities. Service receives mixed feedback, with some staff described as friendly and helpful, while others are seen as unaccommodating. Bed comfort is also criticized, and overall, the value for price is questioned by several guests.AI-generated from customer reviews
