The location, the size of the room.
The bed was uncomfortable.
the choices were excellent for breakfast. The beds were very comfortable. Housekeeping did a fantastic job. The little gym on the premises was really wonderful. The front desk was very helpful with my queries. It was quiet at night. The location is excellent and close to the metro stops. it is an excellent location for walking to the museums.
The climate control system fan was blowing the air right at me. decided to turn if off and just get an extra blanket. There is construction during the day at an adjacent property but this starts at around 0730.
Spacious rooms. Bath tub Hotel smelled good A lady at the reception(forgot her name) very good
Person working at reception called Shauri didn’t know anything: first he checked me in a room in the third floor where a lady was already staying there, secondly I asked Shauri how I needed to get to the airport when my flight was at 7am and he recommended me to take the metro which is not even opened at that time. The lift had problems to press second floor. Housekeeping didn’t clean everything in the room.
great location - walking distance to the city centre, Museumplein, Vondel Park.
Housekeeping needs improvement - our rooms were not cleaned till late in the afternoon on 2 days (out of our 5 day stay). Rooms need renovation, the single bed in our room was extremely noisy.
