Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to explore Amsterdam on foot or by public transport. The staff is frequently described as friendly, helpful, and welcoming, enhancing the overall guest experience. Breakfast receives positive remarks for its quality and variety, and the complimentary happy hour is a popular bonus. However, the lack of elevators and steep, narrow stairs are noted as significant inconveniences for some guests. Room sizes and layouts vary, with some finding them spacious and others mentioning tight spaces. Overall, the positives outweigh the negatives, especially for those prioritizing location and service.AI-generated from customer reviews
