Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to access public transportation and major attractions. The staff receives high marks for friendliness and helpfulness, often going above and beyond to assist guests. Cleanliness is another strong point, with many reviews noting tidy rooms and well-maintained facilities. However, some guests mention that the rooms can be quite small and that the lack of air conditioning can make stays uncomfortable during hot weather. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some guests wishing for more variety or healthier options. Overall, the positives of location, service, and cleanliness stand out in guest experiences.AI-generated from customer reviews
