Pros:Nice room size
Cons:Rude front desk. Wouldn’t let me check in. He had me sit in the lobby and reserve a room on my app instead of helping me in person. Also, didn’t explain breakfast, pool or WiFi. Just handed room key and said bye.
Pros:Bed was comfortable, sheets were clean bathroom was very clean. Coffee was very good. Breakfast was good with lots of options
Cons:The wall and chair had dried stains all over, they REALLY needed to be cleaned. The room had a VERY STRONG spray odor. It felt like they were covering up pet smells or smoking smells. My daughter and I both woke up with a headache.
Pros:I went to a few other hotels in the area. One was around $50 a night and a good benchmark for hotel quality. The parking lot was full with lots of people. Obviously a popular hotel. However, the noise levels were much higher. The rooms aren’t as nice. The Country Inn & Suites has good soundproofing, nice furniture without obvious wear from use, and the windows open to allow the room to be air’ed out from all the deodorizers that most hotels use.
Cons:The deodorizers that most hotels use are toxic and give me an instant headache while I am in the cloud. The ability to air out the room made all the difference. Internet security is important to me because of my business. I was provided a WiFi password. But when I connected to the WiFi, it did not require one which means the connection was not encrypted and would allow someone close by to eaves drop on your internet communication. I told the front desk about that and they said they would fix it. They also have an ethernet cable connection which gets around the WiFi problem. I also checked to see if the hotel was “listening in” and could find no evidence of that.
Pros:Great pool and give hottub!! Very nice spacious rooms
Pros:Pretty new feeling facilities. Everything worked and price was good for the area.
Cons:Somewhat hard to find off of 45.
Cons:Room was disgusting hair in the shower and what was 100% blood on the curtain the pillows smelled like cologne and the walls are paper thin guy next to us kept us up all night with his snoring. I don't usually right reviews but it was warranted this time.
Pros:Nice indoor pool, comfy beds, and cookies!
Pros:The person at the front desk was so kind when we came to see what check time was. She called to check on our room and even though there had been a large party the day before our room was clean and she let us check in early. The atmosphere was absolutely charming. The pool and whirlpool were amazing! Will defiantly come back again.
Cons:The only thing I didn't like was the overpowering cleaning product smell in our room. It was a nice scent but very heavy in the room.
