Cons (-) I would not stay here again 2 reasons: 1st bedding was gross I'm very concerned that there may have been bed bugs on the bedding. Black specks on sheets and blanket. The top blanket had black marks on it. I asked the front desk to look and both front desk and the cleaning staff state the black markings are from the dryer. Pros (+) My sister and I stayed 4 days at the Amarillo Comfort Inn off Soncy Dr. Staff were so helpful, room spotless, breakfast was great. Highly recommend.
Cons (-) DIdn't like the location. Didn't realize it was so far away from the airport and seemed to be on the edge of town but was certainly handy to many restaurants for us.

Pros (+) The pool was great and jacuzzi fun and large but there was way too much chlorine which started to irritate my kids eyes.
Cons (-) There was a confusion about who was paying and rate, they didn't seem to understand going through a third party travel thing as they tried to charge me.

Cons (-) Coming in from the west late at night, it was difficult for me to find the entrance. The two gals at the front desk were not friendly, did not mention anything about breakfast, and appeared to be more interested about carrying on their conversation than striving to make us feel welcome. That bothered me all night.

Pros (+) Location is close to shopping and medical. Breakfast food was good.
Cons (-) Noisy lobby that spilled into room, thin walls. Tiny bathroom, hair on floor from previous guests. Small, worn bath towels, beds are too firm. Coffee tastes terrible.
