Guests say
Overall, guests frequently praised the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, with several reviews highlighting accommodating and efficient service at the front desk and throughout the hotel. However, many guests were dissatisfied with the breakfast, citing issues with quality, lack of inclusion in the room price, and unfriendly breakfast staff. Cleanliness was also a recurring concern, with reports of unclean bathrooms, mold, and insufficient vacuuming, though a few guests did mention clean rooms. Despite these drawbacks, the positive service experiences stood out most in the reviews.
