Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring the town and nearby attractions. The staff consistently received positive remarks for being friendly, helpful, and welcoming, with several guests highlighting individual staff members who went above and beyond. Many found the beds comfortable and appreciated the spaciousness of some rooms. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with multiple guests noting dust, stains, and maintenance problems in rooms and bathrooms. While room size and comfort were often praised, noise and some service inconsistencies were also mentioned. Despite these drawbacks, the positive atmosphere, attentive staff, and prime location stood out for many visitors.
