When I arrived in my room, there was no remote for the TV. I went back to the desk and eventually she was able to get the TV to work but after a while, the picture went off, so for both days of my stay I wasn’t able to watch TV at all. Also housekeeping is only available from nine in the morning until two in the afternoon so if you need extra towels outside that timeframe, you’re out of luck.
