Pros:Staff was very friendly and efficient.Cons:When I picked a category it showed Ford Edge or equivalent. I got Nissan Kicks, which is definitely not comparable. The car was very sluggish on the hilly highways in Ecuador where I vacationed. The price was the same, though.Reviewed Feb 22 2019

Clean & Nice Car, but watch hidden fees.Pros:The car was nice and exactly as we had reserved. Great customer service. Easy to get to from the airport by shuttle.Cons:Required insurance and would not accept the prepaid insurance we bought through Kayak. You also only get 100KM per day, so extra charges can add up.Reviewed Nov 16 2018
