Pros (+) The location was good. The room was nice.
Cons (-) The hotel was very poorly managed. There were too Many rooms used for extended stay by people for business purposes that are not legal. We had to check out early and relocate to another hotel.

Pros (+) The location was convenient since I had to go into Oakland for an event but far enough where it was quiet and calm. Nice waterfront next to the marina. Target was right down the street with some new stores and restaurants.
Cons (-) Kind of out dated. Scratches all over the furniture. Could have been a lot cleaner under tables and corners.
