Pros:Good price is the only positive about my experience.Cons:Pick up and drop off is awful. You must take the rental shuttle to the main rental terminal off site, then call for their own shuttle to take you further off site. I waited an additional 25 minutes for the extra shuttle. The worst car rental experience ever!Pros:Absolutely nothing!Cons:This location is super shady with their pricing. Why do you, as KAYAK and priceline.com, allow this company to post on your website that unlimited miles are included in their pricing without an asterisk or something to let the consumer know there’s an actual restriction for in-state customers before reserving the vehicle? I was already under pressure to get this vehicle for the holiday trip my family and I were having to NYC. I had to find out at the store that was 30 minutes away from me. Lastly, the staff there was super rude, and had their lines ready to justify their shady practices. Not once did they apologize. They just went to the fine print to clear themselves. I mean, how many people read the fine print on their cellphone contacts, new phone policy, or new credit card policy? I bet not many do. That's why you post that restriction on the front, so people can make the right choice right away and not waste time. I’ve had bad experience renting vehicles, but this takes the cake.Reviewed Dec 27 2018

Horrible experiencePros:NothingCons:My reservation was cancelled after I moved it from 12pm to 3 pm and the agent was completely rude and the manager’s only response was to let him know who I spoke to in order to change my reservation! Pros:Great prices, shuttle to and from airport, friendly staffCons:This is the second time renting from here and both times they didn't have the size of vehicle we requested. For the price, it's a great deal, but it would be nice to know ahead of time in case I would like to change my plans.
