Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the quality and variety of the breakfast. The hotel's location is convenient for many travelers. However, there are repeated concerns about cleanliness, with several guests mentioning mold, odors, and general lack of upkeep in rooms and bathrooms. Some guests also found the rooms and bathrooms to be smaller than expected. Overall, the positive service and breakfast experience stand out, but cleanliness and room size are areas needing improvement.

Cons (-) There was an outlet in the room dangling off the wall. Also, the bathroom is showing it’s age. Some wallpaper is starting to come off the wall. Someone tried to re-caulk the tub and is a complete joke. My 6 year old grandson could have done a better job. I can’t believe a person working for the hotel as a maintenance individual, could have actually thought that caulk job was acceptable.
