Pros: Customer service was very good especially under current conditions.Cons: There are safety features in narrative form on the instrument panel that are very distracting when driving in heavy traffic. I'm driving through downtown Atlanta and my car suddenly scrolls across the dash "Consider stop for a cup of Coffee". First I think, "Something is wrong with my car right here in the middle of six lanes of traffic"! So, I shouldn't text while driving but it's ok for my car to write texts to me. The car even revealed a few times that I wasn't paying attention to my driving. I guess they provided this feature because my wife wasn't on the trip with me. : ) Also, rental cars in general just aren't clean when you get them anymore. Seems to be the industry in general.

Pros: NothingCons: You guys could have a better grasp of inventory. I was sent to 2 different places with reassurance that they cars only to be told they have nothing. I even spoke with customer service line who said the same thing. After giving me the run around, I was told very nonchalantly and rudely ’there is nothing we can do for you. Try again tomorrow. Goodbye.’ Very inconvenient and inconsistent. Very little care about peoples time or plans. Should change a lot of things.

Pros: Easy pick up and drop off despite the covid19 pandemic.Cons: The car wasn't the most comfortable and the visibility out the back window wasn't very good. Also knowing we were traveling through a state with electronic tolls, they could have been more informative about whether there is a service fee or not. I was told there wouldn't be but there was an additional $8 charge!

Pros: Drop off super easy and they returned a fairly valuable item I had left in the car via their Lost n Found department. That turned what could have been a sour ending to our trip into a very positive view of Enterprise.Cons: The car was not quite a clean as it could have been a pick up. However it may have been one of the busiest weeks of the year for them in Augusta with the Masters just getting over that day.

Pros: We rented a mid-sized SUV and got a Jeep Wrangler - black with Texas tags. Very cool!
Cons: The cost was unbelievable and I didn’t have a choice but to pay bc I was headed out of town at that moment to my grandfathers funeral. So being blindsided wasn’t not good for a single mother. But I won’t rent here again.

Your dollar goes a long way!Pros: Extremely low rental prices, always have vehicles on hand, clean cars, no wait drop off and friendly customer service.Cons: Every time I rent with dollar they try and put you in a truck or or constantly try to get you to upgrade. It comes off pushy sometimes and the truck isn't ideal for a person who tells you the have to travel more than an hour away. Pros: Beautiful truck at great price.Cons: Pickup and drop off was extremely slow. Only one person ahead on pick up and their transaction took 15 min. Return had two people there, waited 5 min then dropped key in box. Normally like to wait for reciept. Truck nice but only vehicle available and was really hoping for a fuel zipper, since it was only me and had to drive 5 hrs.

customer servicePros: The gentleman at the counter was pleasant when we returned the car. Much better than when we picked up the vehicle.Cons: Woman at counter appeared to have something else to do. Was rushing us, even though there wasn't another customer waiting. Offered us option for gas that was different than the price listed on the counter. When I questioned the receipt was charging us more than the price listed on the counter, she appeared perturbed and stated curtly, that I'd be saving a "whole dollar"

Pros: I liked that the lot was right outside the door of the airport (no shuttle needed). I liked the actual vehicle (Jeep Renegade).Cons: The directions on my Kayak rental print out had a much lower price for the week ($178) and stated that it was off-location and I would need a shuttle. I went up to the Dollar rep and showed her my reservation and she said this was the place and did not know why Kayak had that written on there. The price ended up being $360 something. Very deceiving!
Pros: The car was clean and ready.Cons: At pick up I did ask if we could add one hour to our end time and the agent said it would add another days charge. I thought that seemed odd as we picked up at 7am and planned to drop it off originally the next day at 3pm. Later I called and a different agent allowed the extension without additional charges. As a customer I find it frustrating when you get two different answers to the same question.
