Pros: Very relaxing and peaceful

Pros: We had a fab time here e stayed in a villa had booked a garden villa but on arrival we were upgraded to a two story villa with jacuzzi on the roof terrace could not fault the service from the staff at all they were very attentive . The villas were very comfortable the bed especially was amazing bests sleep iv had.

Cons: Walkin up the hill from the beech lol (there is a shuttle bus we just chose to walk)

Pros: Nicely decorated and very clean. Staff were excellent.

Cons: Nothing

Cons: Not much vegan food

Pros: The breakfast was the highlight of the day for me...the weather was great so just sitting on the terrace enjoying life was great.

Cons: I thought the food in the bar at the pool was a little oldfashioned and not as exquisit as the rest of the food.

Pros: Breakfast, great selection. All meals very good with plenty of choice. Staff couldn’t be more helpdul

Cons: The beds round the pool were reserved by people for ages before they were needing them and probably left for half a day reserving them u TIL their return, think this could be better managed

Pros: We have stayed in plenty of hotels around the world and this has to be one of the best. I cannot fault it to be honest. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were friendly, helpful and charming and the glass of Cava offered to us at check in was most welcome! Our standard double room was huge - much bigger than we had expected, with everything we wanted, including all toiletries, kettle with tea/coffee, dressing gowns and a huge bed. The breakfast was exceptional with an enormous variety of high quality food. We ate twice in the hotel in the evening and at lunch time and again, the food was excellent. I could easily have taken all my meals there. The hotel is spotlessly clean and well managed and looked after. The several swimming pools are also spotlessly clean with plenty of sun beds, parasols and clean towels.

Cons: I am loathe to criticise this hotel in any way but our AC didn't work very well in the room - I did inform Reception about this and they said it would be looked at but it didn't improve. It was fine in February but I would have needed better AC in the warmer weather. The room was sold to us as having a "sea view" and we could see the sea, but in truth it should be sold as "partial sea view".

Pros: the food in the dining room was 1st class very good, our room had a sea and pool view and could not fault it we were very pleased, the pool was cleaned every day

Cons: the only fault was the evening entertainment, did not know what is on until same night and then did'nt start until 9.30pm

Pros: Staff in the whole hotel EXEMPLIARARY GOOD, SERVICE ORIENTED. GREAT

Cons: Check in complicated with 2 locations. First privilege and then again not... good intention but did not work well

Pros: Amazing room and terrace. Great food

Cons: The hotel is great, but a little too close to the noisier end of Adeje

Cons: pool had too much space wasted with shallow water

Pros: Breakfast was very good with a good variety of options. The pool area was clean and well kept.

Cons: The evening entertainment was poor but didn't effect the quality of the holiday. Tenerife is full of bars, places to eat where you listen to karaoke music and poor tributes. Unsure why there is no spanish music / flamenco etc. It was better in the gourmet market, somehow it just didn't seem to work in the level below the bar. Just my opinion.

Pros: Bedrooms were immaculate

Cons: Would have liked crisps and peanuts in the star prestige bar

Pros: Entire stay was fantastic as was the food and wine and service and the staff and their friendliness. This has just become our annual February destination of choice.

Cons: nothing to report.

Pros: The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Service is exceptional and the whole site is very well maintained and stunning to see. The villas are a little piece of heaven and we were made to feel very welcome and thoroughly looked after. Can't wait to return. This trip truly exceeded our expectations.

Cons: Absolutely nothing, it couldn't be more perfect!

Pros: Very tranquil setting, location of the hotel near walking and shops was good. They had upgraded the gym since we last stayed here, which was also accommodating, pool and sports facilities are very good. Rooms are very clean, staff friendly, a truly relaxing holiday.

Cons: Disappointed with the spa area. The outside showers did not work, there were no extra towels for the sauna & steam room. Leaves all over the pool area. Prices online were different than the final bill. We upgraded to the half board, however it turned out more expensive, and in order to get a decent seating time, you had to book several days in advance. Otherwise some very good restaurants.

Cons: Cold pools only one heated the rest were freezing , quality of food room service and restaurants very poor McDonald’s is better . Hotel had no hot water for half a day ... asked could we keep the room until 1 pm (checkout is 12 check in is 3 pm) it was a NO! I’ve stayed here for 14 yrs and last couple felt it needs money investing in it especially the rooms and decor/floors... only about 8 sunbeds situated by heated pool so you have a view of children in pool meaning I had to get up 7 am daily to reserve beds so I can see my young son (single parent travelling). Another pool should be heated and more beds need putting so parents can see their children are safe the pool isn’t watched over constantly by any staff so I feel this is important . I personally think the 9-1030 pm entertainment is horrendous. It’s a big noise and really ruins the relaxing time I want on a holiday... after so many years staying here I’ve realised I have to change my choice of Tenerife hotel. It’s a shame because I’ve enjoyed it before and recommended it to others but management need to invest £££££££ upgrade it .

Pros: The whole place

Pros: Loved the location, the design of the hotel, especially the knicks and corners where you can enjoy the sun and have a feeling of privacy. Las Rocas is amazing and unique cause puts you tights in the ocean almost plus amazing food and good service of most staff.

Cons: Obviously the hotel is trying out a net concept that smells like “all in”, which doesn’t make sense on Tenerife since there are so many nice restaurants. But because they like to push the new concept they keep annoying you by pushing you to eat in the hotel restaurants and in return you can stay in certain areas reserved for people who eat 3 Times in the restaurant. The rest has to sit on the other side of the fence (and I really mean this the way I wrote it, the fence). I see the humor of if and in no way it made my holiday less enjoyable, but they should seriously reconsider this idea and have a long offsite to discuss amongst their management what better improvement ideas they can come up with. By the way, there was almost nobody behind the fence plus no service Hahahahah. So yeah, food for thought.

Pros: Very baby friendly hotel, dining room staff very obliging and offered to make purée baby food. Room service friendly and obliging with baby needs. Birthday complimentary room decoration. Fantastic breakfast.

Cons: Very disappointing reception staff, very slow check in and some explanations not very clear. Reception staff do not pay attention to queues so giving priority to queue jumpers make our wait for a simple check out with a fussy baby a very slow and process. Restaurant discount vouchers must be presented at the actual restaurant in order for the discount to be applied (reception cannot apply the discount when paying). Taking a pram down to the Las Rocas restaurant was a struggle due to the very many flights of steep steps.

Pros: The general facilities. A lovely surprise on my birthday of a small bottle of cava in and ice bucket, a large piece of gateau and a card....top draw.

Cons: €40 per night surcharge for adding an additional person to my erroneous single person booking of a double room.

Pros: Swimming pool! Chose of food was good, except could have more gluten free and labelled . the gluten free bread roll that had to be cooked for you wasn’t very good could be improved!

Cons: having to complain every day about the toilet overflow not stoping! and engineer kept doing a temporary fix!

Pros: By far, the hotel has an AMAZING staff, everybody is smiling and work hard to make guests happy. The place looks amazing, palm trees, clean, great pools, several beaches in less than 200 m. The majority of hotels in Costa Adeje are just buildings without anything special, Jardin Tropical is an oasis of palms & flowers. Amazing 6 restaurants, pool bars, excellent food. And probably the coolest employees on Costa Adeje!

Cons: Free WiFi slow, a little bit difficult for guests with babies, stairs everywhere, few elevators.

Pros: Breakfast was very good (Club lounce)

Cons: The Club lounce didn´t have beer at daytime and there was not enough of the snacks or drinks if you didn´t come at certain times

Pros: The food - choice and quality - were superb. We booked a Superior Club room and enjoyed all the perks and extras that went with it - in particular the drinks and tapas package late afternoon/early evening. The garden grounds are beautiful. Plenty sun beds for everyone, and they’re well spread out as opposed to set up in lines! The location of the hotel is brilliant - right in the middle, on the walk way which spreads from Cristianos to Adeje, so enjoyed many good walks either direction. We will definitely go back.

Cons: Enjoyed the club facilities. But staff could have been more pro-active clearing up tables. And some of the guests - men entering the Club Room with no shirt. No respect for others.

Pros: We have been several times before and found the high standards continuous. We only ate breakfast at the hotel but found the quality as good as ever.

Cons: The cost of drinks in the outside bar are ridiculous particularly on nights with no entertainment.

Cons: Pool bar service poor. Pool beds occupied by people not using them. Very irritating. No dress code in pool restaurant. - unappetizing . Staff to scared to enforce rules. Both restaurants well below standard. Very disappointing. Menu description wrong.

Pros: Staff and location were great.

Cons: Not really a 5 star hotel. Pleasant enough but lacking what I consider to be the finesse of a 5 star. Very expensive for what it is.

Pros: Breakfast -excellent+. Love swimming pools and views from very spacious rooms. Reception staff can't do enough for you. Favourite hotel in Tenerife.

Pros: Great location for us near la caleta. Delightful area around pools with trees and green area.

Cons: Upgraded to club room and full sea view but previous cheaper room was actually better, similar sea view and only one floor down. Initial problems with tv and bed rectified next day. (Day later than promised)

Cons: Usual first towels on sun beds - early every morning - then no one turns up until late in the day - main thing for me was the gym - VERY small - 6 people in gym and it’s FULL - 5 work / weight stations - 5 cardio machines / only 2 benches - poor weights / dumb bells Max 20 kg - for the size of the hotel this is totally inadequate - this is the sort of gym hotels had 20 years ago - Just to get star ratings up. Things have changed a lot since then - gyms / fitness is now very important - I would not stay at this hotel again only because of the poor gym . Which is a shame because everything else is perfect

Pros: Friendly, helpful staff. Great location. Comfortable, clean bed. Good breakfast.

Cons: Noisy hen party, who interrupted sleep. Small insects in kitchen and bathroom, although dealt with swiftly when reported.

Pros: This canarian resort in the south of Tenerife was nice. It was very family friendly which we did not mind. The check in was smooth and the concierge was nice. The room was very spacious with a kitchenette, living room and a separate bedroom. It wasn't too tough finding street parking either.

Cons: The furniture looked a bit dated inside and the room smelt a little old when we went inside. It's also a large property so getting to our room was a bit annoying as there is only one entrance.

Pros: Location and the entertainment was ok.

Cons: The room was dated, insecure and smelly. The beds were particularly uncomfortable. Asked for solutions, even though the staff were friendly their hands were tied with what the could offer as alternatives. Sadly, not the place for us. But if location is a top requirement then it definitely ticks that box. Lots of things to do very close by.
