Pros (+) The facilities, rooms, staff, food, entertainment team were all excellent. They are all out on a mission to give you a comfortable and memorable stay.
Cons (-) Plates and cutlery can sometimes have food stains due to probably dishwasher quick wash. But won’t fault on this, because it’s probably an oversight and can be easily corrected.
