Receptionists and waiting staff for breakfast very kind. Breakfast very nice, swimming pool quiet. The chamber maid was the best: smiling person, always kind.

The room service was horrible. We used the app to order, which was suggested by the hotel receptionist and after ordering it said order "pending" instead of "accepted" for at least 30 minutes. We were so tired waiting for a confirmation and decided to cancel the order. Here that one staff member called in our room in a very rude way telling us:"why did you cancel the order!" We got very surprised and decided to proceed and have it. When it came... It was the worst pizza I have ever seen, so we decided we'd never used the hotel restaurant. Last thing: our room position was almost at the end of a long and very hot corridor. Walking there was very hard, with no air conditioning.
