Incredibly well maintained with beautiful character. The hotel is in an amazing location right at the top of Playa Fañabe, I loved it and and booking again.

Everything, The staff was kind and very polite Everything was clean and served in the highest quality. Everyday food changed and it was very tasty and special. Gym and swimming pool are great!!!

For Cockroaches Lovers only. General impression of the hotel was excellent (same as the photos at the web site) However, we were astonished to find living cockroaches walking on the floor, walls and curtains in our room. When we complained at reception, they explained that this problem is familiar and is caused due to the hot weather conditions and those insects are harmless. In addition, we informed the hotel in advance that our flight will be delayed and due to that, we arrived to the Hotel a day late. Despite this advance notification, they charged us for the first night of our stay. We would expect much more from a 5 star Hotel with a high standard such as Jardins De Nivara (Tenerif)

The hotel and staff were very professional and friendly. We were spoliled rotten by everybody we dealt with and they could not do enough for us. Would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel. One of the best ones i have stayed in by far.
