Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, convenient location, and the variety and quality of the breakfast buffet. Many found the pool facilities and family-friendly atmosphere appealing. However, several guests reported issues with cleanliness, particularly in the rooms and bathrooms, and some experienced discomfort with the beds. There were also complaints about outdated room decor and maintenance problems, as well as occasional noise and food quality concerns. Overall, while the hotel offers good service and amenities, improvements in cleanliness and room comfort are needed.
