Staff friendly and helpful. Makes a difference having stayed in various hotels Staff make the difference
Check in and check out, everything else was awful
The room was too hot, I tried opening windows and used the fan, but the heating was on so high it made no difference. I actually burned my leg on the towel rail!! The TV didn't really work, well it was working, but the remote was difficult to use. The fridge actually heated the food I bought and stored in there for my lunch the next day, so it was all ruined and had to be thrown away. The building shakes, literally shakes when a truck or bus goes past. You can feel it even when lying in bed.
Friendly. In the current lockdown circumstances, is difficult to be more precise, or to elaborate more, but my general impression of the hotel was excellent
The radiator in the bathroom was so hot that I could not touch it it was full on all through the night . I therefore had to have the windows open all night to let of the excess heat. From an environmental standpoint, this is unacceptable.
Staff were amazing
All good, highly recommended
Great value and great location!
Great location and breakfast buffet. Perfect for a business trip without breaking the bank. Staff is friendly and helpful. The private car park is a lifesaver in downtown Aberdeen. I liked the small, historical, boutique feel, while they also offered modern ammenitites and a full bar/restaurant.
While perfectly comfortable, the standard single room was the smallest I've ever stayed in. Tiny twin bed, and a tiny walk-in shower. Next time I'd bump up my reservation to the deluxe single or deluxe double room.
