Pros: Breakfast was great - they'll cook you anything. The location was ideal for me - close to the airport. I needed it just for the local company I was visiting which was within walking distance. You could even walk to this hotel from Aberdeen airport (though it isn't advisable). Dinner was excellent with proper Scottish portions. Try the 'tablet' Sundae!

Excellent 10,0
Pros: Value for money, cleanliness, comfort, friendliness of staff.
Cons: Problem with sewage installation resulting in terrible smell in the lift area which I understand is being addressed with the Irish contractor who installed it. The hanging space could not take a coat, only jackets or short items. A simple and cheap solution would be to put a hook with hanger on the right-hand outside of wardrobe unit at an appropriate height off the ground.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: The bed was super comfy!

Pros: Staff were very friendly an sypathetic to the costs we an other concert users incurred for one nite. x
Cons: We chose this hotel as it was a stone throw from our concert venue. Sadly venue had bn closed in August, so new venue cost £15 to gt there an roughly the same back by taxi. Hotel was a costly from station as well, £14 each way. X
Good 7,9
Pros: Breakfast was great. Large choice and fresh and hot.
Good 6,7
Pros: The room was spacious and clean with a comfy bed
Cons: Location. I booked this hotel as it was supposed to be near the new concert venue. I along with many others who had booked accommodation there were disappointed to find out that in fact the hotel is approx 4-5 miles away. The info we were given is very misleading.
Good 7,9
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: No sausages at breakfast ( no more where available)
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Hotel was spotlessly clean. Rooms were comfy and a good morning breakfast.
Cons: Nothing to do with hotel, but there is a distinct lack of taxis in Aberdeen.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: I could not fault anything was lovely I was very pleased
Okay 5,0
Pros: What breakfast?
Cons: The room furnishings were cheap. As little as possible to get away with renting a room. The dinner room was understaffed, the wait for food was 40 minutes and not very good. Too far from everything.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: I bought 2 bacon sandwiches during my stay. I’m fussy about my bacon sandwiches. They made them exactly as I asked. Very nice
Cons: Couldnt open the window. Not even a little. I prefer some fresh air
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel was really nice.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Breakfast was really good, beds were comfy and it was quiet at night so made sleeping easy.
Cons: There’s nothing I didn’t like, met all the requirements.
Good 6,3
Pros: Barlo
Cons: Location. Somebody could have let us know concert venue had been changed
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Clean tidy and modern. Adequate breakfast in the morning .
Cons: Had an on site bar but only limited snacks at limited times. You had to walk next door to their sister hotel, the Holiday Inn to get a complete menu. But the people were friendly and turned out to be a nice experience.

Pros: Great location. Room was lovely as well as cosy, very clean and comfortable. Great en suite. All staff very welcoming, friendly and efficient. Great cooked breakfast. Will definitely stay again.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Great all round hotel close to P & J Live Arena, good restaurant and pleasant, helpful staff.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Staff were lovely, welcoming and very helpful. All public areas were lovely and had a brilliant atmosphere. Breakfast was really good. Bed was really comfortable and the room temperature was easy to control.
Cons: There was some black mould and pinking around the shower tray and tiles (my pet hate), cobwebs along the ceiling (only visible when lights were on).
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Very close to Concert Venue Great service and Meals
Cons: Airport starts at 6AM
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Excellent location, 5 minutes walk to P&J Live. Nice pub for an after concert pint. Clean, comfortable, nice breakfast - excellent value for money
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Booked in to attend a concert at the nearby TECA outside Aberdeen. Hotel had arrangements for early dinner so residents could attend concert in plenty time. Staff VERY friendly and hospitable. Very welcoming hotel!
Cons: Wasn't there long enough to have any complaints. Maybe a bigger selection of draught beers in the bar if I'm really pushed to find a downside.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Great location for the new AECC and P & J Live. Staff were extremely helpful and polite and went the extra mile for you. Worth it for the staff alone (the owners should be really proud of their staff). Decent breakfast and evening meal. Lovely comfortable lounge bar
Cons: Nice en suite but room a bit small. TV could do with updating and carpet was stained. Overlooked a bowling club which was very noisy on Friday night until 12.40am (may have been a private party so dont let that put you off the hotel)
Good 7,5
Pros: This was the second time of staying at this hotel in the past month (see earlier review). The reception staff were again helpful and informative. We had a parcel delivered to reception by friends which the staff handled professionally and effectively. The whole hotel is reasonably maintained (apart from a water ingress damage in the ceiling of our room) and it is kept clean with a large team. There's provision for making tea and instant coffee in the room. Free local newspapers abound. There is plenty of parking if you arrive early enough. The room was toasty warm on a cold night in early autumn and the shower room was exceptionally warm and pleasant both in the night and first thing in the morning (other hotels could try to match this, nothing worse than a cold bathroom on a cold morning). A pleasant mock open fire (gas) in the bar is warm and welcoming. There was a selection of fruit available at breakfast. The surrounding area is quiet and safe with a curry house, M&S food store, and a Coop nearby. Very close to the airport (see below), the new exhibition centre, and the industrial estates.
Cons: This hotel is very affected by aircraft noise taking off and landing late at night and early morning. There's about 6-7 hours from around midnight to around 6 am when the airport is quiet but the red-eye flights will wake you up if your alarm fails. Otherwise the area is very quiet. The bed was marginally more comfortable than the previous room that we had here but it was still hard with hard pillows (we were prepared this time so my wife brought her own pillow from home). Generally, the staff seem poorly trained and unprofessional. There's a notice in the room which indicates to 'phone or contact reception if more milk sachets are needed in the room for tea/coffee. I went to reception and asked for more milk to be told that someone would bring some up shortly. It didn't happen. Service in the bar was pathetic with an unenthusiastic young man who continued to drink his own beverage while trying to serve us! He lacked knowledge of the bar products and was unprofessional throughout. This hotel must have a problem recruiting staff because at breakfast service was poor again. An unenthusiastic young lady informed my wife at 9.15 am that there were no continental breakfast items left (except for a prepacked blueberry muffin). Breakfast service is until 9.30 am so what's the problem? She had to make do with toast and jam! I ordered a cooked breakfast including two poached eggs. When it arrived, one egg was so hard poached that it was inedible and the other was just about edible but far from ideal. Fortunately, it's hard to wreck baked beans so I had something OK to eat. Showing its age, this hotel probably needs to refresh and improve staff training to compete with the new build hotels in the area. Most of the business is oil workers and tradesmen who may not care but tourists will go elsewhere if the hotel doesn't move with the times.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The location was fantastic, only a 10 minute stroll from the new P&J Live venue. The hotel itself was fantastic with lots of parking and really helpful and sweet staff, I did not try the breakfast but the pricing looks a bargain.
Cons: I only stayed for one night so I can't really say what I didn't like. You are close to the airport at this property so if you are sensitive to sound the nearby aeroplanes could bother you.

Good 7,5
Pros: Clean room with choice of shower or bath
Cons: Could hear guests in room next door, snoring and talking which kept me awake. Breakfast expensive so did not have and as I am dairy and sugar intolerant and rarely eat meat I knew it would be a waste of money

Cons: Would have been helpful to have a raised piece of furniture for 2 small suitcases
Excellent 10,0

Cons: Nothing.
Excellent 10,0

Cons: There was no free WiFi which was a negative when travelling with a teenager. The TV worked from the hotel internet which was very weak so cut off every 3 minutes!!
Okay 4,8
Pros: Pool was nice.
Cons: They advertise an airport shuttle ‘on request’ but according to staff the hotel manager has chosen to not run this at weekends and at other times when hotel is less busy. Cost is an extra £15 to get to airport. Would have booked a hotel closer to airport if we knew this. Also no elevator so hard to manage luggage when they stick you on the upper floor.

Pros: The room
Cons: Lack of information about what was available for breakfast.
Okay 5,0
Pros: Nice comfy beds and pillows
Cons: Had to have bedding changed as there was blood on our flat sheet! Breakfast was cold, and vending machine wasn't working so we were advised to order a takeaway. Hairdryer in room 3 not working and bath, well let's just say remember when you were a kid and your mum would bathe you in the sink at times? Yep, that's what it felt like. No telephone in rooms. Pretty basic, some tea, coffee etc but not any biscuits. Pretty awful that there was blood on the sheets. Not great!
Good 6,7
Pros: Bed was very comfy. Room was new and very clean and spacious.
Cons: Couldn’t get a table in the dining room for dinner or breakfast next morning. We hadn’t booked in advance but was disappointed that staff (male) were abrupt and unaccomodating.
Excellent 8,8

Excellent 9,0
Pros: The staff are always so friendly here and really make an effort with returning guests. We feel valued and welcomed every time we stay and all the staff are approachable.

Pros: Firstly the staff in this hotel were so friendly and helpful. I was carrying several heavy bags and they realocated me a ground floor room near reception. The location is very close to the airport terminal, 5 mins in the shuttle provided. Despite being close to the terminal the room was very quiet and I slept well. Very clean and comfortable accommodation. When I fly from Aberdeen this is my first choice overnight.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Lovely staff and so near airport great place to stay
Excellent 10,0
Pros: We chose this hotel as it was so close to the airport and I’m really glad we did. Check-in was quick and easy and they let us into our room hours before we were supposed to check-in, which was wonderful. Even though we were so close to the airport, they still kindly drove us there so we didn’t have to lug our heavy suitcases. Breakfast, which was included, was freshly cooked and made to order.
Cons: Nothing. It was all good

Pros: Staff were excellent, especially evening receptionist she was really good(sorry didn’t, get her name, short dark hair),good humored also we had a laugh with her, very helpful to us. We stayed here because it was near hospital which we were attending.
Cons: Bit noisy from traffic, not hotel’s problem, also thin walls, heard couple next door!!!
Good 6,0

Cons: Carpet wasn’t vacuumed.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Room with kitchenette (microwave, fridge freezer) & table. I feasted on takeaway pizza from Papa Joe's & steamed veg from Farmfoods next door.

Okay 5,0
Pros: Nice touch with complimentary snacks in room, although always included chocolate previously ( KitKat, mars bar). Sadly they have removed this from basket
Cons: Breakfast disappointing. Member of staff at breakfast could have made a lot more effort to provide customer service. Had to find him then ask for eggs. Surely his job is to ask customers as they arrive, if they need anything and offer to take an order for eggs, which are not ready cooked on buffet. Floor in bedroom looked like it hadn't been hoovered. Bed rather hard.

Excellent 10,0
Pros: The room was gorgeous Staff were very helpful
Cons: No pool
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Good location for the airports
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Bed was comfortable, room was clean. For budget price it's everything you need for an airport overnight stay.
Cons: Reminiscent of an American motel, with poorly lit grounds whilst you walk from reception to your room.
Good 6,7
Pros: Rooms are nice albeit it’s like a studio flat not a hotel. Dinner was decent.
Cons: It’s basically fraud advertising this as an airport hotel. £10.20 in a taxi to the terminal. Nowhere near all the other airport hotels. The rest of the hotels are a roll down a hill from the check in. Book them.
Poor 1,0
Pros: I stay here every week at the moment and it is very handy for me. Normally everything is fine.
Cons: My room is unclean. The chairs have numerous 'suspicious' stains all over and the entire room seems to have an infestation of some kind of fly/moth. I disposed of around 20 of them and when i woke up there were more. I intend to ask to move room when I get back this evening. Iron in room doesn't work.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Staff. Food. Room. Location.
Good 7,0
Pros: The room was exceptionally spacious. I was pleasantly surprised to have a sofa and chair in my room along with a good sized double bed. The room felt cosy enough for the time of year. The breakfast was lovely with an ample selection of cereals, juices, and cooked items. The location of the hotel suited us perfectly for our visit to Teca.
Cons: I had selected a room which included breakfast upon booking which was detailed in my booking confirmation. The receptionist I encountered upon checking in had also stated that breakfast was included in my room rate. However, come checking in for breakfast, was informed that it was not included. We still got breakfast but this caused me a huge deal of unnecessary stress and upset made worse by the fact that nobody could explain the error. As a sufferer of anxiety, this definitely impacted on the overall experience of my trip.
Good 6,7
Pros: Very large and comfortable room.
Cons: I pre-paid for breakfast when I booked which cost 12.90 then when I arrived they asked if I would like to book breakfast and that it would cost 6. So don't pre-book the breakfast.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: I would’ve gave all top marks but I arrived late & left early so really only used the bed & quicky showered. Bathroom & bed were spotless
Cons: For the price of paid it was spot on
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Bed was great
Cons: Rooms need touching up.
