Departures times were delayed. They lost my reservation
Swiss Air required me to check my carry-on size bag and then lost it. They have provided zero assistance in locating it.
This was an older aircraft for seven hour flight. The entertainment value and selection was OK but the sound on the equipment was terrible. Seats were uncomfortable and the flight attendant seemed a little grumpy also had sunburn. The food was horrible could not even eat it
Flights were on time, and everything ran efficiently. No issues!
Plane was old and crappy. Food was not as good as all the other airlines.

Cons: "Worst flight I’ve ever been on. I wa told to RUN through Houston airport which is ENORMOUS from gate C to gate B, then I make it to the plane and they delay it an hour. Seats were terrible no space whatsoever. Overall the worst plane I have been on"
Cons: "The flight from Denver to Fresno was uncomfortably cramped."
Pros: "The seats on the 777 give a little more leg room than other airlines. They are attentive with the food, which isn't bad. The attendants were pleasant. Lots of choices for movies, tv, or relaxation screens on the small individual screens."
Cons: "They never offered earphones for the movies. Good thing I had some in my bag already. I also wish airlines would make small bags available for passengers to put their trash."

Pros: "To be honest both flights were below average and the average flight isn't great to begin with. United found a way to really push the boundaries of that floor"
Cons: "Could not check in online. Had to get boarding pass at kiosk. No opportunity to upgrade if purchasing basic economy. Staff not helpful. Restricted to a purse size bag? Really? I just love that united gives you one last chance to gouge you by telling you that you CAN check in online only if you pay for check in. I know delta started this whole basic economy deal but united really set a new low on their version."
Pros: "It was generally quiet and peaceful. I called the stewards at one point and they were very prompt and attentive."
Cons: "Teeny tiny seats on an overnight flight? I had to ask my rowmates to clear the row so I could find my glasses that had fallen under my seat because there simply wasn't room to maneuver even an arm down to manually search for them. This is not to mention that most people sleep on these flights; how is that comfortable for most regular Americans?"
Cons: "For some reason reserved seats don't mean much on a United full flight. My wife and I spent the 3+ hour flight 12 rows apart. When we tried to speak to the gate agent, explaining that this was our honeymoon, she didn't even let me finish my sentence before interrupting and saying there was nothing she could do. At least look a customer in the eye, listen to their concerns and apologize."
Cons: "I don't understand the purpose of basic economy. I bought my ticket months ahead of time and paid over $300 for it. Only to find out when it was time to board that I wasn't guaranteed a seat. EVEN THOUGH I BOUGHT A TICKET AND IT WASNT CHEAP. I was put on a waitlist and finally got a ticket after boarding was supposed to be over. I was appalled by the whole thing. Doing away with basic economy or just giving those who buy those tickets the basic rights that should come with an airline ticket should be considered. How can you deny someone a seat if they bought a ticket months ahead of time? What if I wasn't lucky and couldn't get a seat? Wait until the next flight hours later and get put on a waitlist there too? Something needs to change."
Cons: "You cancelled my flight without telling me and you made me miss my flight to Sydney. Your staff didn't help. I want to be compensated for my flight that I missed"
Cons: "I haven't made it there yet. Flight leaves 4PM Friday. Mechanical problems in Chicago so was put up in Hyatt and I am at the airport now waiting to fly out at 4PM today."

Cons: "The fligjht diidnt happen. I double booked the flight. But when I tried to adjust it I wasn't allowed to without crazy fees. This was after an agent told me that he would wave the fee. Their not on the same page and they do not honor what you're told."
Pros: "Needed wheelchair assistance and the wheelchair was not available right away to catch my next flight. If it wasn't for the airport employees running to take me to my next flight I would have never made it"

Cons: "food and drinks are very poor ( purified water instead of spring, coffee without milk and sugar...etc) seats are tight and small, especially for tall people. Plane was old and everything was cracking inside. Everytime i traveled with UA was delay!!! i will not choose UA never again"

Cons: "They kept delaying this flight but not telling us. First it was delayed to 6:50; at 6:51 I asked whether it was further delayed and was told no, we were about to board. Five minutes later the screen said 7:15 (and later, 7:35); at no point was there any announcement about these further delays. They then stowed carry-on luggage below, so passengers lost access to any entertainment in their carry-on. There was no entertainment on board."

Cons: "I have taken this fight many times. This was the first time there was not a drink Service available. Approximately 10 people had to get off the plane so five people to check their bag"
Cons: "We were at the counter 57 min before flight. They would not consider letting us on the flight even though no one else was in line. My father had a heart attack and i was trying to get home. Zero bending the rules."
Pros: "WAS SO PACKED IN IT WAS DIFFICULT TO LIKE ANYTHING. Seats should come with a safety warning ."
Cons: "ROCK HARD THIN BACK SEATS. I am average size and had no room- large people next to me spilled over into my seat. I had aisle seat and space under seat was size of average laptop leaving no room for feet. This would be ok for an hour- three and a half is ridiculous."

Need app to use it so I didn't preload onto my iPad but tried to use iPhone instead and the streaming was just so poor and kept freezing that I just gave up and read a book. Also selection should have included a lot more shorter programs that could be viewed on less than 2 hour flight eg lifestyle programs, news etc."

Cons: "They offer no food on a 5 hour flight unless you want to pay extra money, they only gave one small bags of mixed chips, I feel on a 5 hour flight they should atleast give you something more then that. Also no movies on a 5 hour flight unless you use your credit card and pay, again on a 5 hour flight have something that you don't have to pay extra for."
Pros: "Finally got us on the plane after a 6 hour delay. They decided to "update" the computer software on the plane after they had us all on there. Took about 90 minutes. Very displeased, will do my best avoid United in the future"
Pros: "Crew was attentive and friendly. Jumped at any and all requests. Always looking for ways to assist all flyers. Boarding was quick and easy. Plane was on time, boarded quickly, AC worked perfectly, plenty of blankets and food was spectacular. Crew made the 6 hour flight feel like an hour of comfort."
Cons: "No wifi because we traveled through Canada, and the tv was no working"
